We hired Vera to fix part of our siding that someone else had messed up. They did a excellent job it looks better than ever and they are currently building an Ag building for us and there customer service is excellent, attention to detail is great and they are very honest. I will continue to use them from here on out moving forward. They hold all the qualities we look for in a Contractor

We had Josh install 2 egress windows. He and his guys did a fantastic job! He’s great at communicating and follow through. We will definitely use Vera for all our construction needs!

Josh was recommended by a friend as a really solid person first and a great professional as well. He is certainly both. He gave a very honest assessment of my roofing needs and was willing to customize the project to meet my budget and creatively solve the low slope concerns.

He personally assessed the project, backed it up with photos and gave me a clear quote, scope of work and was willing to work with a very tight weather window to tear off and replace the whole thing on short notice. He did a membrane product on part of the project and finished the main house with white shingles and trim and it looked absolutely fantastic. He created several roof vents and had to channel new vents at the crown to allow it to function properly.

I met his work crew on the job and they were informative, friendly and amazingly quick and good at what they do. I am sure I would have been charged 50% more and given an increased cost during the job given the additional venting and unique situation I was in. He stuck to his quote and beat the competition.

Josh and his crew built a gazebo attached to my existing roof and reshingled the house. The job required a complicated solution where the new and existing roof lines met. He engineered and implemented a solid fix that should last as long as the house.
The quality was first-rate. The job was finished on time and on budget.
I appreciate that Josh communicated with me almost daily. He was the only contractor I've hired who did this.

Josh and Vera Construction did a major remodel for me last year. New roof, new siding and gutters. They also added a master bedroom closet and a patio roof extension. This was a major project on an old farm house with lots of unique angles and corners and old siding on top of older siding.
Josh and Vera Construction walked me through every step of the process, explaining in detail, the options as we moved forward. Josh has always been a great communicator, returning calls within minutes if he isn't available at that specific time.

I’m super satisfied with the job that Josh and his crew did on my new home. As a first time home owner, you have so much going through your mind. Oh my goodness! Vera Construction and the team are amazing. We started an addition to our house in December. Through the freezing temperatures and snow, the rain and the mud, they worked tirelessly to accomplish a beautiful project for us in just a few months. They are professional and reliable, polite and hard-working. We have already passed on their name on to others. Since we were adding to our existing home, the picture window from inside the house gave us a front row seat to watch the progress outside the house. From excavation, pouring the foundation, erecting the walls and raising the roof outside, to the beautiful tile work in the shower and the many, many details in between, the job is very well done. Josh goes above and beyond to assure your happiness.

We needed our downstairs re-floored, an awning, and a new back door, so we called Josh (Vera Construction) based off several personal recommendations. We are so pleased with the outcome of all the work, and highly recommend calling Vera Construction if you need any work done! Josh has great communication skills, does high-quality work, and does the work in a timely fashion. We'll definitely be calling him in the future for any construction needs we have.

Josh saw me in Home Depot, looking at sun tunnels (skylights that go through the attic). When I told the clerk I needed a professional to install, Josh spoke up and offered his services. Home depot hooked me up with 3 professional installers, none of which could or would do the job. I called Josh and he showed when he said he would, gave me a reasonable quote and a week later, installed the sun tunnel beautifully. I'm very happy with the results and his services. I'd highly recommend Vera Construction.

Josh and his team from Vera Construction did a first-rate job. We hired them to replace our roof and add some skylights. We probably could have found someone to do it a little more cheaply but not as well. They were on time, on target and on schedule. We were not at all surprised to see Josh's team doing other houses in the neighborhood. If we have any other construction work to be done on our house they will get the call. Money well spent!
