We had a sinkhole open up in our residential driveway due to improper installation of our underground gutter drains when the house was built 12 years prior. So it was a bit of an emergency situation. Valli responded quickly and brought a third-party professional who had a scope that could be put down into the drain system to locate the underground problem. This helped them be more sure what they were dealing with for quoting and planning the project. They moved quickly to start and complete the repair which involved removing large boulders and other fill material, installing new drain pipe, and properly backfilling and grading. They also coordinated with a third-party paver who we paid directly. Since Valli pulled together everyone needed to bring the project together, it was easy for us. The work was professional, and they were nice to work with.

Due to imminent failure of our septic system we had to shut down our septic and hookup to the city sewer. We had several obstacles impeding the hookup. One of these being the removal and excavation of a 150 year old oak tree. A few others included the redirection of indoor pipes and an excavation across the back and north side of the house. Throughout the planning and the actual excavation, Valli Construction led by Mike Brown and his crew provided a consistently thorough and thoughtful approach. They were terrific and we strongly recommend Valli Construction.

We hired Mike to convert us over from septic to sewer on a new property we just purchased in Portland. He came out promptly as promised. Did an excellent job. His plumber was also excellent. Highly recommend. Prompt, efficient, great service. No hidden fees. Had a seamless experience with the town of Portland on permit because Mike is an effective person.

We hired Valli after getting multiple quotes for some work on our property. They came highly recommended and their price was great! Mike accommodated my constant questions and add-ons. They finished the job yesterday on time even after I asked for additional work to be done. Everything came out awesome!
