Spinelli Home Improvement did a great job on our roof. Once I got over the emotional shock of realizing I needed my roof replaced, I reached out and got a number of quotes. Spinelli was the lowest and was great to work with. Dave was awesome in that he explained everything clearly and addressed all our questions. His team was quick and great. Our situation was unique, as we were selling our home and a unexpected leak was found. David worked not only with us, but the prospective buyers and town to ensure everyone's timelines were met. Dave is responsive ramping up to the job. I was put on the schedule as soon as we agreed on a price and the contract was signed the next day. He secured the building permit and did the roof inside of a week. The crew arrived with plenty of manpower to complete removal and reinstall in one day including replacing ten sheets of plywood. Work looks excellent and I would highly recommend Spinelli to anyone.

The owner dave was in constant contact with us throughout the project keeping us updated on material and dumpster delivery and answering any questions or concerns that we had along the way. If i could give 10 stars I would! We recently had our windows replaced by David and Igor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Spinelli Home Improvement installed new gutters for me and did some siding work. First the owner, Dave, came to look at the house and give me a quote; not a sales person, the owner. He was honest and fair with his pricing. He provided guidance and his opinion on different options we had which all worked in our favor not his own because he’s just an honest person. My home needs tons of work and because of that I’ve dealt with a lot of home improvement people and Dave Spinelli is the very best I have ever dealt with. His crew were on time and explained everything to me about the progress as the day went on. The finished product was unbelievably perfect. I was shocked at how well everything turned out given the state of my previous gutters and siding. They did an absolutely perfect job and I will recommend them to everyone. Fantastic company.

The workers came on time. Completed the roof in one day pick up all of their belongings and the trash. Left everything clean great communication. Would use them again for any exterior work to the house.

I had a great experience with having all of my windows replaced, Dave was super informative and worked with me to figure out the best solution for my house and actively helped me avoid extra work that wasn't needed. Igor installed the windows and he was incredibly polite, professional, and a hard worker. In the end I had much less mess than I imagined too because he was so clean! I just had my roof replaced two weeks ago by Spinelli Home Improvement out of Portland. They did a great job and great cleanup. Dave the owner is super professional and did everything he said he would, and when he would. I’m very happy with the job quality and GAF shingles and color. He came in under price of another large company in the region. Definitely recommend this company. You will be happy! No more roof leaking!

Spinelli Roofing did a wonderful job on my family’s roof. They were clear about expectations, had the materials delivered in advance and completed the job in one day. The cost was very reasonable.

We have a large colonial and they uncovered some unexpected damage to the wood underneath the shingles which was causing some water to get in. They reacted quickly and were clear on cost all throughout the process.

The job was completed 6 months ago and has been great for our home throughout the winter and all of this springs rain.

I had a small repair to be done. Try to find someone for that. Well,Spinelli looked at the job, gave me a great quote and did the job! I am very impressed with this company.

I called the Spinelli Home Improvement about a possible leak from a skylight to have em replaced if necessary. The owner Dave Spinelli came over the next day to asses my issue. He informed me that the stain on the old wood was dry and there may have been a small leak with the old roof and that’s why it looked wet. Spinelli Home Improvement provided great customer service and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need and gave me an honest assessment of what I had going on. Dave came out (on time) and gathered all the info he needed to provide an exact price. He gave me the price within two days. His price was thousand+ less than the other estimates and the work would be done in one day instead of three days, Also, he uses 100% waterproofing coverage. The other guys only go part way up the roof. The crew came in and had the roof stripped in 1 1/2 hours. They found an inferior repair from a previous repair job and made the correct repair. The roof was done by 3:30P. I had one problem with a gutter and Dave responded quickly and got the repair taken care of right away. Getting any home improvement work done is stressful, just trying to get someone to return a call is almost impossible. Not only did Dave answer his phone, but on a Friday afternoon, he came to our house to check on a potential roof repair. He explained all the details to us, came back with a fair estimate, then had his crew fix the roof the next day. Within 24 hours of meeting Dave, all was done. We greatly appreciated his quick response, considering that much rain was expected over the next several days. Dave is a very professional ( supervised all the work) & personable individual who offered options & explanations of all work. We would definitely recommend him for any roof repair or replacement.

Dave of Spinelli Home Improvement recently replaced my kitchen slider. While others said it would take 6 weeks, Dave had a quality name brand door ready in one week and the price was reasonable, too. It was an excellent installation. They even cleaned and vacuumed the area afterwards! We are so pleased and will hire them again.

My roof was leaking, it rotted half of my roof rafters, these guys repaired replaced rafters, plywood and reroofed, fixed all the trim in one day! And the yard was cleaner than when I left my house in the morning!

Besides working on one of the hottest days, they found a way to repair the roof without having to access the attic through my clothes closet, which was very considerate of them. Their prices are very reasonable, too! I highly recommend this small business company!

It's been 6 months since the roof was done, so I have the added perspective of time.

A total quality company - they came in with a price that was very competitive, used high-grade materials and carried themselves with a professionalism that put me at ease. Dave wasn't sure if they could finish the job in a day, but let me know that they would come in and finish up quickly the next day if need be - no problem though as they came in and mowed through it and were finished that day. Then they spent the time to go over the work and answered any questions I had.

6 months later, I have yet to find a speck of remains in my lawn and to my knowledge nothing extra has come down from anywhere. The roof has been worry-free and does what it's supposed to do, which is look good and allow us to think about other things. 6 months ago I had a question about some shingles that weren't "sitting" on the rooftop; they said that they would lay down in time and look correct - this has proven to be the case - evidence that they know not only how to put it on, but they understand the material's behavior over time.

Would entirely recommend.
