Nathan & Tavon worked very well on our projects. They were very professional and yet personable. They didn't mind our dog when she was a little excited with them. The jobs look very well done.

I hired valley maintenance services for a rotted subfloor near my shower. They did a wonderful job with fixing everything, installing the new floor and shower door, and they were incredibly nice. I tried to use the link provided in an email to write the review, but it wouldn't work, so I'm just doing it manually.
The price I was estimated for was very fair for what needed to be done. If I ever have any other projects needing done in the future, I'll be sure to go with this company. Thank you so much for your hard work!

VMS has come to my aid on several occasions. They have pressured washed and treated my deck, reattached my kitchen sink, pulled up old carpet, and most recently cleaned my dryer vent. Trevor Bowman completed our list of home maintenance projects thoroughly and professionally. We were pleased with his problem-solving skills to address a non-functioning outdoor landscape light and add a new driveway light, fixing an old but important garden cart and installed a new picture hanging system.

We recently had Valley Maintenance Services handle several maintenance and repair issues on our home. The work was done by experienced professionals in a timely fashion. They communicated with us as to what was needed and why. They are now our "go to" company when something needs fixing or upgraded.

VMS did a great job in our home on several projects; they scrapped popcorn ceiling, hung drywall, painted, installed baseboards, installed a vanity, installed ceramic tile flooring. They did a wonderful job on everything. All of their technicians were professional, friendly and skilled. The CEO and office staff were always available to discuss the project. They had a fair price and got the work done quickly. We are so grateful for the amazing job they did.

I had Yellowjackets build a nest above the ceiling of my breakfast nook. After the exterminator killed them, I was having a problem finding someone willing to remove part of the ceiling, clean out the nest and replace the ceiling. Driving on S. High Street, I saw the sign for VMS on their new building. I looked them up on the internet, and called the office. Devon came to check out the job, and offered solutions for two other problems I was experiencing on my property as well. I received an estimate promptly, and work started immediately after I signed the contract. All work was completed to my satisfaction, and I was grateful for quality workmanship. My ceiling looks as good as new with no hint there had ever been a problem. It’s great to have a business in Harrisonburg that can handle small jobs that might require multiple work skills such as drywall, carpentry or electrical. Communication was great with Devon and the VMS office despite the fact that they were completing their new office location and moving there during the time my work was in progress.

I really wanted my condo to have more space in the living room area and VMS suggested mounting my TV to the chimney. I never even considered this to be an option and they rewired everything and mounted the tv all in a timely manner. My condo looks great and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you VMS for you suggestion and hard work!
