Valentine Roofing & Restoration

I am a real estate agent in the Triangle and recently had a buyer under contract on a house and she was concerned about her roof after the inspector pointed out a couple possible storm damage issues. Valentine Roofing was able to knowledgeably talk us through what a possible insurance claim would look like and review whether or not there was a claim from the damage. Ultimately the roof was fine (just a false alarm), but my buyer knows who to call now when it IS time for a new roof!

Darren and Cara were extremely professional from the moment I contacted them, and it is clear they are passionate about their craft. My commercial steel building is 18 years old and needed the roof sealed and coated. Darren, Cara and their crew came in and even went above and beyond by adding screws to areas that needed to be better secured before starting the sealing process. When they left they cleaned the grounds as though they were never there. I am so pleased that I have spoken to them about coming back to do another building. Highly recommend!

Also provided an alternative quote that provided a better option than the original.
When project began, they stayed with it: dealing with multiple storms and even cold weather to complete the project.

I cannot say enough about what a great experience this was! My roof was 24 years old and I had discovered some soft spots. From my first phone call, Valentine made the process simple and painless! They provided an estimate, got the crew out a couple of weeks later and it was done in one day. I had to leave during the installation and when I returned, everything was so clean and neat that you wouldn’t have been able to tell it was a construction zone just a few hours earlier. I was super impressed with the professionalism, quick response and pricing. Awesome company!!!

Where do I start? Darren and his staff did an excellent job of seal coating my roof and changing out all the old existing sky lights. My warehouse was a little darker from the old sky lights and I had leaks. Once Darren and his crew were done, I had NO LEAKS, and a brighter warehouse. He was always there when he said he would be there and would always go the extra mile to do what was needed. If you have any roofing needs or restoration, Darren is your man. He will be my “lifetime” roofer and I also consider him a friend! Thank you Darren!

Project began with on-roof assessment and collaboration with insurance company to acknowledge and approve claim. Crew arrived on-time, as promised, and completed the full roof (35 sq) in 12 hrs. The work was completed in a clean, professional manner and there was virtually NO sign of shingle debris, nails, etc. when the crew finished. Overall we had a fantastic experience with Valentine Roofing and would highly recommend them.

I used Valentine Roofing and Restoration to perform a full roof replacement on my home. Joe, Darren and their crew were great to work with. I had several roofers come by looking for my business but there was zero follow through. Joe and Darren were great. They contacted my insurance company, opened the claim, met with the inspector, helped us decide on a shingle color, and walked me through the process. Their crew arrived on time and I had a new roof in two days. It was very simple. Their crew did a great job with the roof replacement and we are very happy with the results!

Amazing company - The crew arrived and in no time the place was set up for the roofs removal. They're a well oiled machine and organized. They cleaned and removed the debris as it was falling. Later in the day as the tarps were removed - the place looked as it did before they arrived. They completed the entire roof in one day. It looks great and we are very pleased with the job.
