DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. Our condominium used them to replace some smaller roofs and they recommended a redesign based on some drainage issues. This redesign redirected the water drainage issue inside the roof and into the masonry.
Called based on a referral to get a roof check said they would come out next day. Didn't make it out said that could come out the next day but now they need to invoice me $500.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. Our condominium used them to replace some smaller roofs and they recommended a redesign based on some drainage issues. This redesign redirected the water drainage issue inside the roof and into the masonry. This has caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage that is now having to be fixed. I would not trust them to do any quality work on your building. Please use this as a warning. If I could give zero stars I would.

Called based on a referral to get a roof check said they would come out next day. Didn't make it out said that could come out the next day but now they need to invoice me $500. So lack of communication, on top of that not being in my mind a reasonable cost, especially that could of led to future business. Would and will not be recommending.
