From our first encounter in which Brittney informed me a hailstorm may have caused damage to my roof, to the inspection and price quote, Brittney never pressured, over promised or even answered tried to answer a question she didn’t know the answer to.

Because I trusted her, I trusted the rest of the company and the new roof was installed to my complete satisfaction.

She made calls to set up meetings and did follow up calls to make sure we were comfortable with the process going forward When the project was completed we had a visit with Brittany to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Chris showed up after a recent hail storm. We had a ton of damage. He shared what Hucke Exteriors does and the services they provide. He asked if I would like him to take a look at our roof. After a quick inspection he confirmed we would need a new roof and siding. He came to my meeting with the insurance adjuster. Once insurance agreed to pay for the damage Chris put everything in motion. I really didn’t have to do anything other than pick out colors for the siding and the roof. They scheduled the repairs within a few weeks. The roof only took 8 hrs. for the crew to complete on a Tuesday. They had a day and half interruption due to rain. They were back at it as soon as the rain subsided. They had all four sides of siding, fascia, and soffit completely done in about 13 hrs. Gutters and downspouts were completed the following Monday. Everyone was polite, professional, and respectful of our property. The house looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier!

All I needed was one window replaced. Noah from Hucke Exteriors took the time to listen to what my needs were and gave me a very cost effective quote. The installation was timely and the interior/exterior trim matches the rest of the house. Overall, I'm very pleased with the sales and installation from Hucke Exteriors. Highly recommended.

We just had the original roof replaced on our home. We spoke with our neighbor who had his roof replaced with Hucke Exteriors. I wandered over and spoke with JIm who was just finishing up. He stopped over to take a look and was honest and straight-forward with his analysis. He answered all my questions including whether larger gutters would work better on my home. The installation was done quickly and efficiently by a group of workers who were professional, courteous and cleaned up both days before they left. We are very pleased with our new roof and gutter system and have already recommended Hucke Exteriors to another neighbor. An excellent job from start to finish.

Terrible experience, put down a deposit after installer came to our house and quoted us. Signed a contract and Hucke told us after they took our money they can't actually do the project. Avoid wasting your time with this company. They will break a contract and demonstrate they do not care about customers or the promises they make.

We had Hucke and their sales manager Chris help us put a new roof and gutters on our home a week ago. The roof looks fantastic and everyone who helped us made the process super easy. The price was better than everyone else we spoke with as well. Chris helped us pick a color that really gave our home a fantastic curb appeal to the point our neighbors are stopping by and giving it compliments. The before and after of our exterior remodel is truly a jaw dropping transformation. It was an extremely smooth process from the beginning. The crews were respectful and did an excellent job. The entire Hucke Team has been pleasant to work with and attentive to our needs throughout several projects across 4 years. They leave no stone unturned, nor any open punch list point linger.

I've worked with Hucke Exteriors on two separate occasions over the past 4 years. Once for essentially an entire new exterior of the house (all siding and roof was destroyed from hail) and a second time to help put up some specialized siding when birds were poking holes in one specific area of my house that had decorative siding on it.

On both occasions I came away very impressed and very happy with them. They were greatly helpful throughout the entire process - from helping with insurance (the owner himself actually came out to do a review with the claims adjuster), they followed up timely, explained to me what was going to happen and when throughout the entire process and their prices were very, very fair.

My husband and I contracted Hucke Exteriors to replace our roof, windows and gutters. Noah and his crew was courteous, professional yet not pushy. Noah's crew completed the project/s on time on the date/s promised. The crew also picked up after each project to the point you would not have known that they had been there. Our roof, windows and gutters look and work great. The price we paid for everything was considerably less than what we were quoted from others yet the quality of what we got was comparable. I have referred Hucke Exteriors to a few friends already and will continue to refer them to others in the future. I look forward to doing more with them in the future.

I had Hucke Exteriors put on new vinyl siding on my house. They were not only less expensive than 3 other contractors their quality and timeliness was phenomenal. I would and have recommended them to others.

HEI was recommended by a friend from church for a roof inspection. They found hail damage and Joe Price was my attentive contact person from beginning to end. I cannot say enough about the crew who replaced the old roof. These guys worked so hard, every day until it was finished. They protected my windows, landscaping and cleaned up nails using a magnetic roller. They even found a lost earring, and I was genuinely surprised to witness their care in my property. We were definitely in good hands with HEI. A fantastic company to work with all the way around.

Very impressed with Hucke Exteriors. Had my roof and gutters replaced. Everyone was responsive and easy to talk to. If you had a concern they listened. I was worried about landscaping getting destroyed with the roof tear off and they did an amazing job. I don't even know how they got the old shingles off the roof without destroying some of the landscaping somewhere and they pulled it off. They told me timeframes of when the work would start and how long it would take and they were spot on. The crews showed up when I was told they would and they got the work done in the allotted time I was told. Clean up was just as impressive. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Hucke Exteriors during my recent roofing/siding project. Mine was as a result of hail damage. Chris Rivera, my Sales Manager, was great to work with, helping me every step of the way. He even worked with my insurance company to help me get more things covered. Chris went out of his way to meet with me and the insurance adjuster. Chris helped me to understand the project and was very responsive to my many questions and requests for fine tuning until I was completely satisfied. I also would like to shout out the fella (don't know his name) who came out anytime I asked to tweak little things that I found. Oftentimes, this was dangerous work as well. My house is practically 3 stories high in spots! Thank you Hucke Exteriors for getting my house repaired from the storm and look great!

Just had my roof (house and garage) done.  I am one of many with hail damage. Was very impressed with how fast they got it all done.  Old roof tore off. New one put an and all cleaned up in 8 hours.

I worked with Chris. He was great at explaining the process and how the insurance works.  He is familiar with all the insurance companies and was able to tell me what to expect with my company.

After such a good experience with Chris I had my parents call him for their hail damage and Hucke will be doing their roof in a few weeks.

This is a quality company with good customer service and a reasonable price point. The assigned crew installed new gutters, were respectful of my plantings, and cleaned up the debris afterwards.

We had Hucke replace our siding and gutters on a hail damage claim. Joe, the salesman was very pleasant and informative to work with and very responsive throughout the process. Both my wife and I are very happy with the results. I knew the aluminum siding had some decent scrap value, so Hucke allowed me to coordinate the recycling as well. The siding installers were hard working and had great attention to detail. Strongly recommend Hucke!!

The crew did an excellent job. They were on time and completed the roof in 1 day. They protected the items around my house and cleaned up after themselves. A few years ago they also did my detached garage. Highly recommend them!

Jim and the Hucke Exteriors team were great for us this summer. After a hailstorm damaged our roof, we needed a quality contractor to replace it. In addition, we decided to upgrade and replace our gutters as well as paint the entire house. Jim and his team were able to take care of the entire project for us in about 2 weeks. The quality of workmanship was excellent, the crews were professional and they cleaned up every day before leaving. Do not use this company. I picked them not because they were the cheapest, they were not, but they were upfront about their pricing . They had once price vs the pricing games other roofing companies play. There is no communication between the salesman, the sales manager, the office, or the 3rd party contractors they use for installation. Multiple times what was sold to me and on the contract was not what was able to be delivered. Yes they said they made it right after I caught their mistake during install but then they ceased contact with me to answer any questions and only showed up with I was not home to continue work without warning. I have not gotten on my roof to confirm the work paid for was completed correctly but my yard was left a mess with handfuls of scrap metal, nails, brackets, and screws.

Very impressed with the work done by Hucke Exteriors. Zak was very professional and quick to respond to all my concerns. I highly recommend this company.

From entering an insurance claim until completion took only 3 weeks. Zak explained the process thoroughly and they worked directly with our insurance. After The hail damage in 2022 my insurance was not too interested in paying,but Chris Revera was there to help deal with them every step of way! It took a whole year but finaly with his help i got a new roof and all new siding! Both the roof and siding were done quick and expertly.I highly recomend Hucke Exteriors.

I had the roof of my garage replaced on March 24, 2023, by Hucke Exteriors Inc. The roof was in bad condition and leaking in several spots, and I also had water damage.
I was working with another company that was slow to respond and did not keep its promises. I was in a vulnerable position and needed help. Then, a family member recommended Hucke Exteriors Inc.
I called Hucke Exteriors and met with Chris Rivera, Sales Manager. Unlike the other company, Chris recommended that I submit a claim to my home insurance. Hucke Exteriors was very helpful with my insurance claim. The company sent the claim and paperwork to my insurance company. The co-owner, Nick Hucke, even came to my home to meet with the insurance adjuster.
Two weeks from start to finish, my roof was replaced by Hucke Exteriors. They sent me an email with an attachment to prepare my home for the project. They were on time, they completed the job in 6 hours, and the cleanup was great. The results look great.
I am pleased with their work, and I feel it was a good experience from start to finish. I was impressed by the customer service from Chris and Nick. I would definitely recommend Hucke Exteriors Inc.

Also chimney repair. The crew was very responsive. During the tear off they made sure no plants were damaged and picked up nails and other debris. The new shingles were installed quickly and the house looks 100% better. I'm glad I did the sculptures shingles.

It all started with a random knock on the door. Michelle from Hucke was in the neighborhood and noticed missing shingles on the roof. My insurance adjuster took a look and turned out I needed a new roof on both the house and the garage, along with siding for the garage. The work was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend them.

Zak came by after doing my nephews house and politely asked when the last time we got our roof done, which had been almost 20 years. He spotted the weak spots and figured he would ask!!! After seeing my nephews house and the quality work that they did, it was a no brainer. It looks amazing and my leaky spot has not been an issue since. Kind and respectful young man, and the company is efficient and deserves all the recognition they can get. Five stars!!!

Zak Hedstrom came knocking on my front door after he noticed parts of my roof missing. He kindly pointed it out and left a card, after about a week we called him back and set up an initial meeting, and before I knew it we had a new roof. He then took care of my Aunt’s as well once she saw the quality of work they did. Best company to work with, and Zak is very helpful!
