USA National Roofing Services

I've got a new roof installed with USA National Roofing Services. The roof looks good, but I notices some damage boards that was reused on the patio roof. They reused old flashing too, in two area, one area the flashing is rusty, and the other area it's bend and lifted up.
Because some boards wasn't replaced, that they got supplement money for, me and another person was on the roof and notice a couple of soft areas when we were walking up there .
The flat roof is where they didn't do a good job at. My concern is that I might have problems later like I did after hurricane Katrina.
I ask to talk to the owner of the company since I couldn't get anywhere with the manager. She was play games with me like he was coming and never did. The Manager Chanel, told me she is not sending anybody out and to stop calling. The last thing I reported to Ms. Chanel is, one of the attic fans not working, she told me she was sending someone out, never happen. They're just collecting people money and not inspection their workers work.
