I’m happy to say, excellent work for roof restoration for a leak. Pipes and popped nail needed silicone and we needed new pipe boots. Parker charged a fair price for the repair but because he was the first to respond and the service complete in less than 10min with a guarantee that the solution would solve the leak….truly impressed and I added an extra $100 tip. He does free inspections for the entire roof and doesn’t try to do or suggest more than what is needed or squeeze any hidden fees.

Will highly recommend him when preparing for hurricane seasons and after major storms.

TLDR: I can't recommend Parker & Revival Roofing highly enough. There's a solid reason they're the only proper 5 star roofing company (with a solid sample size) in NOLA at the time I'm writing this. I could probably write a novel-long account about my awesome experience, but no one has time to read those. The short is that Parker came to my home MULTIPLE times to ensure he correctly identified what was going. I thought upon calling it was going to be cataclysmic issue, but it ended up being a super small thing. And even so and he still came out, was so kind and wonderful and took care of it for a wildly reasonable price. He's knowledgeable, professional, obviously cares A TON about his customers and work, is wonderfully responsive, respectful, listens, and is so reasonably priced. 10/10.

A little more for interested review readers: I use to work in the construction industry, and between that and being an Orleans parish homeowner for a decade, I've been around way too many NOLA contractors. I know it's a brutal industry, but 8/10 aren't great, full stop (not necessarily their fault, def their responsibility). On top of that, working with them as a woman, has often REALLY sucked for all the reasons we everyone knows & I don't need to recap.

Most contractors - much less roofers - I've worked with are not here to spend time diagnosing an issue. If they are, then it's because they think it's going to be a high profit job. And even if that's the case, getting them to be responsive, show up, be respectful, listen, and then (1) COMPETENTLY take care of a problem within a (2) reasonable amount of time for (3) a reasonable cost?? Literally forget it. Of the 3, pick 2.

This is SOLIDLY not the situation with Revival - not only do you LEGIT get all 3, you also get the communication, respect, showing up, and listening parts too. WILD. Parker is really just here being a great human being. And the cost to get a stupidly small issue identified and fixed - even though it took quite a bit of time to do it - was UNBELIEVABLY reasonable. Like I'm still shocked, made my day, week, and month reasonable.

I really wish all construction companies were like Revival. NOLA would be a much better place for it.

I didn't have to replace my roof (or anywhere close to that) but when I do, I know who I'm calling. I know who I'm sending my friends and family to. I know where I'm sending those random strangers during hurricane season who're stressing about their leaking roofs(knock on wood). It's Revival. It's Parker. Period. 10/10.

Parker and Revival Roof give great customer service. They follow up with every aspect of the project to make sure the customer’s needs and concerns are met. As a retired architectural professional I was impressed with the straightforward documentation and execution of the work. For my roof replacement they arrived as scheduled, went to task, informed me of additional wood deck damage with photos, and completed the job with total cleanup. At the end of the day it was as if they were never there, except for the clean new roof. This is the roofer you want.

We were in the process of buying a house to move to Jefferson from out-of-state. We needed a roof inspection for our closing, and Parker worked with our realtor to provide us with what we needed. He came out quickly, did a very thorough inspection, and provided us with clear pictures of what needed to be repaired. The cost estimate was also very fair. After closing on the house we hired Parker to do the repairs and again, he was quick to respond and did a great job! The final price was the same as the estimate, so I appreciate that there were no surprises on the cost. We will absolutely utilize his services again if needed!

I called mid-afternoon and Parker came out to inspect the roof the following morning. He listened to my long explanation of what was going on and then did his inspection. I called Revival Roofing because I had water come through the house during a couple of heavy storms. They were extremely responsive, setting up an appointment the same day. After providing a free evaluation of the roof during which they provided a lot of valuable and detailed information, they made the repairs! I was especially impressed because this would have been a perfect opportunity to tell me that I needed a new roof, but instead Parker and his brother Joseph gave me some options for sustaining the integrity of the roof a while longer with a whirlybird and also identifying the source of the problem. Apparently my roof has lost a lot of granules due to poor ventilation. More importantly, they found the source of the problem— a spot where some flashing had been lifted up and where the water got through. The cost of the repairs was extremely affordable. The next day there was a heavy rain and not a drop of water got into the house. I completely trust Revival Roofing because they provided a totally honest, thorough, and accurate assessment, even giving good news about the craftsmanship and materials of the roof.
I believe I can state this unwaveringly too because Revival was one of five companies that I had come over to look at the roof. Of the five, they gave me more information about my roof from the evaluation and while they did tell me that the roof would need to be changed in a few years, unlike the other companies, they actually found s solid short term solution that worked for the budget I have now. When I do replace the roof, I will be calling them!

Used Revival to finally get rid of my blue roof following Ida. Very professional and responsive company. Affordable, too. I got three estimates and not only were they the cheapest, they were able to start the fastest. They started less than a week after my first conversation with them and were done in literally one day. They left the yard and sidewalk in front of my house exceptionally clean and free of debris, which is not the experience I’ve had with other roofers.
