I had an excellent experience with US Exterior. Conrad was very friendly and responsive throughout the project. He effectively managed through some exceptionally brutal weather and worked weekends and nights on the few mild days to get the job done. He also saved me money by recommending restoration of my existing wood siding rather than replacing it with vinyl or Hardie Board as I originally expected. Would definitely recommend US Exterior.

Conrad was very nice and a pleasure to work with. He installed all of my K-Guard gutters on my house, the regular gutters on my gazebo and detached garage, and did extensive and tedious work on replacing my gazebo window screens. He worked very hard (sometimes staying until 10 pm) and always wanted to make sure I was happy with the result. I would definitely hire him again and I would highly recommend him.

Was really happy with the work from US Exteriors. They installed new insulation and siding. Even installed some new spotlights for me! The 2 guys that did the installation and the owner, Conrad, were all very attentive to any concerns I had and addressed them promptly. They gave attention to detail and were neat. They also put back/installed the details from the outside lights, mailbox, hooks for a swing and hooks for a clothesline. Would recommend them to anyone for a siding project.

I would recommend the owner Conrad and his worker Joe to anyone looking for new gutters and downspouts. They were terrific and very meticulous in their work. They are very competitive in their rates. They even hung the hooks for my Christmas lights on the new gutters for me. I Highly recommend them.

US Exterior replaced our roof and siding. They did an amazing job, and I am looking to use them again on our next home remodel project. Udo, the owner, helped us from the initial estimate to the final finished product. He is personable, honest, and doesn't make you feel stupid for asking normal, lay person questions. This is in direct contrast to some of the other slime-balls that came to give us estimates.

Maintenance free GUTTER REPLACEMENT .

We had a huge branch come down on our gutters and hail damage, after a bad wind storm, so I located this company, US Exterior by Seidel. Udo came to the home to give us an estimate. He was so excellent. Very nice and confident person. You could tell immediately he knew his art very well. He worked in unison with our insurance company to get this big job completed. Very professional company. I can’t say enough good things about them. If you want a piece of mind knowing you will have a job well done with expertise, I personally wouldn’t search anywhere else. Udo’s team was kind, and very accommodating. They listened and answered all my questions to the fullest. Finished the whole hose in a day. The noise level in the house was not as loud as expected. I was completely satisfied with their work.

US Exterior was fantastic! We needed new gutters, Udo came and reviewed the gutters showed me the kguard option and priced it competitively. I asked for installation as soon as possible and he fit us in just a few days later. The workers were clean organized and very fast.! They did a great job and we have new gutters!!! A wonderful experience, very highly recommend them !!

Udo’s team reroofed our house in about 1.5 days. They were very professional and the new roof looks great. Udo provided a very thorough estimate before beginning the project and obtained the appropriate village approval. The crew cleaned up my yard after completing the work. They also submitted the paperwork to ensure our roof would be guaranteed by the manufacturer of the shingles. All in all, Seidel did a great job for us and we highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Udo at US Exterior! He was very accessible, responsive, and friendly. His team took down our Dryvit exterior and installed new Hardieboard siding, soffit, fascia, downspouts, and gutters. It was a very large project on 100% of our house and his team was incredibly hard working. The pricing was competitive and there were no surprises. They started and finished on time. I will definitely use them again when it comes time to replace our roof!

US Exterior replaced our siding and did a great job. I received several estimates from other companies and their pricing is consistent. I chose US Exterior due to all of the positive reviews available on the different platforms. The entire process was a great experience including the consultation, scheduling, installation, and financing. The US Exterior installers took their time and did a fantastic job. Each day I would inspect their work and their attention to detail was great. All of the flashing, window trim, corners, and siding look great. The sides of the house which have the longest runs are all flat and level. If I had to get siding on another house I would definitely call US Exterior again. I was looking for contractors that would replace my entire roof after a strong hailstorm. The trick of my case was - I have a large kinda balcony with flat roofing sheets as a floor. I requested quotes from 4 highly rated companies and 3 out of 4 were puzzled by the flat roof piece of work. They explained that when my house was being built - the roofers put the flat sheets without any issues, but now 2 balcony door packages should be removed and reinstalled by carpenters, which would increase the price significantly. U.S. Exterior by Seidel offered an alternative solution - to spray existing roofing sheets with special resin based solution, that has a 50 year warranty. It's more expensive and more fragile than roofing flat sheets, but that was my only reasonable option. Everything else regarding the project was on a very good level - communication, scheduling, quality of work, garbage, etc. Thanks for a good work! Highly recommended!

US Exterior by Seidel was a fantastic company to work with on our insurance claim. Vinny and Udo were able to obtain more from our insurance company than we ever thought possible, but more importantly, the quality of the work appears to be meticulous and top notch. We used them for a new roof, complete siding job, and an omni gutter conversion. At every step of the process, we felt their communication, ability to be reached, and patience was excellent. All we can say is the end result speaks for itself (dark gray is after, hopefully that's obvious). If you are ever in need of exterior housework, and more importantly need to deal with insurance companies, do not hesitate to use this company. You can see their reviews are excellent and I 100% agree.

This, in my opinion is a top notch company, from the owners, to the office folks and the field worker all impressed me. I called to make an appointment to have gutters installed. I was told Udo would be at my home at 930. Udo called to tell me he would be 5 minutes late. Getting a call for only 5 min. impressed me. After looking at my house he told me he would not do the job the way I proposed. He said he would not do what would cause me problems in the future. I was impressed. After more talking I asked about my roof and he said he would look at it. After checking he found I had wind damae in several places. He called may insurance and set up a time to meet the adjuster. They agreed that I did have damage and paid for a new roof minus my deductable . I also asked for a price for new siding. After getting all the prices, I asked for some houses that he had done. I promise not to bother the people and he said if they were in the yard feel free to talk them. Again I was impressed. The roofing crew came out when it was in the high 90s and worked hard. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up every day when they left. Then they sent the siders out and they were fantastic. Perfectionist on everything they did. At first I thought they were slow slow woking, but then i realized that they were very precise in everything they were doing. I had many of my neighbors told me how nice the house looked now. Even had another contractor say how great of a job they did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality job. Udo and crew will not disappoint you.

This review is overdue, but Udo and his team replaced all of our gutters, downspouts, and added raindrop gutter screens. He was very prompt at providing an estimate and scheduling the job. We weren't able to meet in person beforehand, but he had come highly recommended from a trusted friend and his prompt communication put us at ease, so we went ahead with the project. The gutters were replaced in Spring 2019 and the new gutters/installation combined with some re-grading work we had done have fixed our basement seepage issues.

We cannot say enough good things. The crew worked hard from morning until it was dark! They left the place clean of debris every night —even though sometimes it was dark when they were cleaning up! They kept us informed of their progress so we could make the appointment for our disc to be reinstalled. and answered all our questions. Highly, highly recommend them!

US Exterior did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters! During our first meeting Bill took the time to sit and answer every single one of my questions (there was probably a list of 20) without complaint or a sign of irritation. It was refreshing having had the opposite reaction from other sales men I had talked to and had in my home. The team that installed the roof were polite and diligent to ensure everything was done correctly including replacing rotted wood around my door that was not expected. They worked from the moment they got there (on time might I add) until the time the Village said was quitting time (7-8pm most days). Rob, the project manager, was always available and willing to answer any questions I had as well which made the experience easier considering I am a teacher and was not able to be home most of the day. When all is said and done, I couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. From the receptionists, to the sales man, to the project manager, to the installation teams, and including the owner Udo Seidel, they all did a fantastic job of making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process and satisfied with the end result. I recommend them to anyone needing any work done on their home!

my situation was a little different . I had solar panels installed after my roof was completed . The solar company was going to pay U.S Exteriors and there was a few mis communications down the road. We cannot recommend US Exteriors highly enough. We were about to put our home on the market (time to downsize) and learned that we had issues with the Dryvit exterior through an inspection. News that you have to spend tens of thousands on your home before you can sell it is not welcome. We had a number of estimates done and even then Udo stood out as professional and knowledgeable. After sorting through the various bids and weighing online reviews we decided to go with US Exteriors. So glad we did. Price was fair which is all you can really ask for. Everything went exactly as we were told it would at the beginning. The crew of Lucas & Chris were friendly and also professional. They were here every day on time (weather permitting) and worked their butts off. Because of the Dryvit tear off there were some unknowns going in. The crew let us know whenever they came across any issues related to the Dryvit and were kind enough to take the necessary photos for the insurance company as they went. Udo visited a few times a week during the entire process. We hated spending the money but US Exterior made the experience as painless as possible. Professionals through & through.
