We just had our siding done this summer. We got estimates from multiple companies for both fiber cement and vinyl. Fusion Exteriors' quote was competitive including in comparison with vinyl siding. Arthur and Andy were great to work with. From scheduling the first estimate to the completion of the project, they took their time working with us, gave us helpful suggestions, were timely, responsive and professional. Quick service on replacing a piece of missing siding on the second floor area of my townhouse in Palatine. Would use them again.

We used Fusion Exteriors for soffit repairs previously and when we decided to get our roof replaced we gave them a call. Andy and Art both remembered us from 4 years back and came by the same day to assess the project. They are professional and honest with their proposal and gave us good advice on attic ventilation, skylight replacement and options we inquired about. They had a great crew of workers and got the job completed in a timely manner as promised. Their foreman, Mark took pictures of the work as it progressed and shared them with us. Andy and Art came by 2 days after the work was complete and did a final inspection and made sure we were satisfied. Fusion Exteriors is on our shortlist for outside repairs and replacements.

Andy and Arthur promptly came to check my roof for suspected leaks. They very clearly explained what needed to be done using cell phone photos to show me the problem areas. They were friendly and professional Repairs were completed within the week at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Fusion Exteriors.

Fusion was able to come out, provide a same-day free estimate and discuss various options for my roof's condition. After making my shingle selection, they were able to procure and install a new roof and two new skylights within a few weeks of hiring. Total project only took two days. Very professional staff. They did a great job protecting the neighbors' homes and I've already received several compliments on the new roof from them. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing company! I called them on a Sunday night because my parents roof caused a leak into a bedroom. Andy and Arthur came out the next day (Monday), found the cause of the leak and repaired it right away. They also gave a rough estimate for a new roof that was very reasonable. Absolutely amazing guys, I will definitely be using them in the future.

Before the winter we discovered that our roof and the flashing around the chimney were leaking. They came out and did a temporary fix until the weather got better...ice and snow. Did a wonderful job fixing the issues. They were very obliging to out needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fusion installed an attic vent fan and metal paint on our flat roof.

Andy and Art were honest with their assessment of our roof while competitors wanted to sell us a new $$$$ roof. It's hard to find an honest contractor and I feel fortunate to have found And and Art.

They came back for touch-ups of their metal paint a year later, without charge.

I had to clean up some roof scraps and garbage strewn about our lawn and a rusty bolt on our driveway after their work finished and they left. But I trade it for great customer service and a 5-star review.

Very happy with Fusion Exteriors. They were quick with their estimate, their price was extremely competitive in a good way, and they were able to start and finish in excellent time. They did a great job when it came to the work and we are very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future for more exterior work.

Art and Andy were great to work with. We discovered our wood-sided chimney was completely deteriorated and needed to be reconstructed just before winter of 2021, too far into the season to get it repaired. Art came out and provided an estimate anyway and held the pricing until the weather improved this April. His team arrived on time, were professional, and the job was well-done. A week later and unrelated to the work and on the opposite end of the house, our roof started leaking above our living room. Art and Andy were the first people I called. They evaluated the situation, which was a minor issue, thankfully, and did not charge me for the service call as a courtesy to an existing customer.

I was referred to Art and Fusion Exteriors due to some leaking that occurred as a result of ice damming last winter that needed addressing. He was quick to respond w/ scheduling, was timely, communicative throughout and thoroughly professional. Art took his time to pin point the issues, gave an honest detailed assessment of the work needed w/ options and corrected siding and window trim work that had been previously done incorrectly. Most importantly Art and Andy were kind, patient and answered all my questions so that I understood exactly what was needed in order of priority. Called Andy after a storm left a leaky upstairs bathroom exhaust fan dripping on the kids bathroom. Andy came out the next morning while it was still raining to go on the roof, located and repair the leak, all in about 30 minutes. He is incredibly professional, thorough and responsive. He really saved the day for me and my family. Fusion is great!!!

Arthur and Andy were fantastic to work with! We had masonry work done - removal of interior brickwork and tuck pointing and regrouting of exterior brick and stone. There were some unique challenges to our job that required extra work be done and they went above and beyond to make our home look beautiful. Excellent service. Andy came out to check the damage to our roof, and seeing how bad it was and knowing that there were rains on the way, he and his crew made an effort to come out as soon as possible. They made an effort to match our current shingles as best they could which was very appreciated. The installation work was excellent and we were very pleased with it and with the superbision and care their crew put in.

Fusion exteriors came for an estimate on rebuilding the top portions of my two chimneys two days after I contacted them, and they educated me on the problem and why our chimneys had been rebuilt improperly in the past. They explained the work that would be done, and sent an estimate later that day. Once we called and said we would like to start work, they were able to start within a week. They finished on time, the masons were very professional, and in my view, worked really hard all day. They were very clean, and cleaned any mess that fell to the ground. They were also very careful with the scaffolding as they worked between mine and my neighbors house. I had gotten a couple other quotes that were quite a bit higher in price and a larger scope of work, which would have been unnecessary. Fusion exteriors were honest and only did the work that was necessary. I would highly recommend them for an exterior work that you need!

Wow, amazed at how great Andy and his team were. They came out right away for my roof leak, identified the problem within 5 minutes. Offered to seal it up for free. I was shocked when they said they wouldn’t charge. I was certain this would be a pricey job. But to hear them say it’s free of charge, really shocked me. I’ve never seen such a kind gesture from a contractor. Highly recommend them and best of luck to them!

Their work was great, but the project schedule doubled from 2 weeks to 4 weeks to complete it. No issues with the work, just wish the timeline would have been held. Would recommend them.
