I’ve spent over 20 years in real estate buying, valuing, and operating at both personal and corporate levels. I contacted Rob regarding help with a sliding door that wouldn't open and resisted the normal fixes. Rob responded promptly to my voice mail and arranged to come to my home the following day. Rob arrived promptly on the date and time we had arranged (so important when you're busy), took one quick look at my balky door, took out a screwdriver and within fifteen minutes had the door opening and closing like a dream! A contractor that is responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable. I will be using Upper Works Construction this summer for some planned deck work.

In the year 2000 I purchased a Stratford Home and my husband and I continue to be very impressed with the overall quality of our home.
