Anaconda's Ace Hardware

I always go to this store first, I pass other hardware stores that are much closer to my house , but I like the service I receive at Ace so I always go there first

I went looking for a tire gauge because the cold weather makes my tires read so low. The people there were so helpful, and the one person assisted me in adjusting my tire pressure, which, when added, was too high. Thank you so much

My favorite ace store by far. They are always willing and trying to help you find what ever it is you are looking for. Very friendly atmosphere!

Every time I go in I am always greeted by an associate. They are always friendly and always asking if there is anything they can help you with. The store is always clean and organized. My only wish is that they offered a Military Discount all year.

Lady at counter told me which aisle to go to & what side of aisle of what I wanted it would be on.

Great store for your hardware needs. Very clean and organized. My fiance and I bought a new vacuum here. A clerk showed us exactly where the vacuum we were looking for was and cashier was very friendly and helpful as well. She signed me up for their Ace Rewards program and handed me a card and explained how it works and handed me a $5 coupon toward my next purchase as well as a receipt.

I called to get a lawnmower and gave him the description. He explained that they had one and that he would put my name on it. Got all my info and we hung up. Well, he called me back in 15 minutes and said he made a mistake that they didn'thave one, but would be getting one in on Tuesday. To make a long story short he was great at his job and did everything he could for me to get the lawnmower l wanted. He is a great asset to access in Anaconda. Keep up the good work. When you find a place with service & quality like this, you don’t think twice! The big boxes have lost my business thanks to this place. I love that Ace is locally owned and operated, and you can really tell when you step food into this place. Staff goes out of their way to help you out. We needed propane and showed up right after they closed. The employee kindly filled our propane anyway. It was greatly appreciated! That is the kind of service we get every time we shop there.

I shop here regularly and have found they have great customer service. The staff are always willing to help you when you have a problem. The price on most items are standard for Ace stores, a little pricier but, worth it for most individuals. I have never had a problem with exchanges or returns, just bring the receipt with you. Best value in town for hardware products.
The store is clean and well stocked. The sales equipment is new and works well.

Purchased a craftsman product. Went to use it that very day and it kept shutting off. They wouldn't allow a return! They should stand by the products they sale, and have a sign posted at counter stating no returns. We will not shop at Ace Hardware anymore because of this.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They keep a wider selection of everything than their competition in the area. A truly "one stop shop"!
