United Construction built a customized modular home for us and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! Cary and Todd are great to work with, very fair and responsive, and they really know their business, from the structure itself to site prep, grading, etc. Their chief carpenter, Steve, is the best in the business. He can do just about anything perfectly and is a great guy. And their subs, Dan, Alden and Russ, are also salt of the earth and expert builders.

They have done multiple projects for me. Workers always courteous, always efficient. Easy to communicate with project manager. Manager friendly and intent on making one comfortable with what's being done; always willing to discuss project. All concerns addressed promptly. I have been happy with the company's work. Would definitely use them again.
