United Construction built a customized modular home for us and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! Cary and Todd are great to work with, very fair and responsive, and they really know their business, from the structure itself to site prep, grading, etc. Their chief carpenter, Steve, is the best in the business. He can do just about anything perfectly and is a great guy. And their subs, Dan, Alden and Russ, are also salt of the earth and expert builders.
I would wholeheartedly recommend United Construction for anyone embarking on the journey of building a new home. From the initial design concept to the final touches, United’s commitment to excellence was evident, far surpassing our expectations. Throughout the entire process, Todd and Cary demonstrated exceptional communication, transparency, and a dedication to timeline and budget.
