Driving up to a wedding in NH and called Jims Cap out of the blue, surprisingly he had the cap i needed for my Tacoma and was nice enough to squeeze me in with no appointment! Very reasonably priced!! Took a 2 hour detour and totally worth it! Thanks so much

Never buy a car from there tryed telling me and my gf that the Chevy traverse was a good car. Mind you I ran the codes before we ever brought it and 3 cylinders were miss firing.So we had put a deposit on it to have it looked at by the Chevy dealer just up the road. Before we left tryed telling my gf that dealers always say more things that are wrong with then there is to make more money. Haha so we get to the dealer they look at it and it needs over 3k worth of work done to it and Jim's trying to sell this thing for 7k hahaha so we get back to Jim's to tell him we're not buying it and he's like I knew they would say there it needs a bunch of work. Never again buyer beware.

I was in the market for a trailer. They carry two excellent brands, Sure-Trac and Mission. I chose Mission due mainly to the lightness of the aluminum body. Received expert opinions and will seek their advice in the future.

i wouldnt even bother looking at his place never mind stopping. i went to buy a cap for my truck. he wouldnt even shake my hand because he was to busy. i walked around his lot and fell because of sheer ice covered with a few inches of snow. i went back in and he said i dont have time. so guess what Jim, i bought a nice brand new one from truck trends in Bow NH. to bad because i want to give my hard earned money to local companies, but not you. Thanks but no thanks.

I purchased a 7' x 16' cargo trailer. The trailer was custom made to haul a CanAm Spider and a Road Glide Harley Davidson motorcycle. I visited 5 trailer dealerships in the Upper Valley. I found, John, to be very knowledgeable about trailers and their capacities. John asked the right questions about my use and expectations for the trailer. Just ordered a big cargo trailer from Jim. He took the time to show me the differences between a few snowmobile/cargo trailers... And ended up convincing me I should get a less expensive one than I originally intended to best suit my particular needs. That was much appreciated. He also matched a nearby competitors price....
