I love my Unique shower. The product is beautiful. I didn't know if I'd like the black but the gold flecks make it gorgeous. The company worked with us with committment and follow-up. The installer, Will, was responsible, respectful, and timely with an outstanding work ethic. It feels so luxurious.

Kedron our contact was absolutely great! He walked us through the process and explained why the problems were happening and how he could help. He’s 5/5!

Unique loses a star because they did not communicate well from the install manager to us the homeowners. It was rush, rush to get our paperwork done and then we did not hear back for about a month. After several calls, I reached out to Kedron and he got me the answers with the afternoon. They were waiting on supplies and would reach out once they arrived (but this was not communicated by the office.)

The install team did great and knocked it out quickly and my home looks great where the soffits are and the replaced pieces.

My only drawback was on the office side communicating a little more often but the women who answered my calls were always polite and did what they could to help.

They were on time and worked hard on installing my new door. They cleaned up after the job. Very nice. The door looks great.

The sales rep, Keaton was great to work with from the day of the quote until the follow-up visit today. We would definitely use Unique again for future projects.

The whole process was smooth. Paul was amazing coming to our home and explaining everything. Will, the installer, was awesome! He was tidy, very pleasant and did an amazing job. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Paul helped us put together an idea for a custom shower to replace an old nasty tub and Will had the old one removed and new one installed in just 3 days. Very clean, very professional. Amazing work, highly recommend!!!

We signed up to have our bathroom redone with them. Paul was very thorough in explaining everything on the sales call. Will did a great job on the installation side. We are happy with the finished product!

They did our bathroom, and it looks great. Ripped out the old and put in all new. Wil did a superior job while being a complete professional. I highly recommend them.

Best windows we have had unique windows for 20 years with no problems other than our grandughter broke out a window on our huge bay window which they replaced for just a travel fee of $70. we are so pleased with these windows we recently replaced the last 4 windows that were not unique windows and that had failed mjserably several years ago. They came and did a great installation cleaned up any mess and it just took a few hours. W ell worth the money not to have to worry about windows for 20 plus years.

The installers were here early every day. David and Carl were great. They'd close the gate so i could let my dogs out, when needed. They worked hard all day long and answered any questions I had. I can't say enough about what a great job they did putting on new siding and shutters and to make my house look new again. I'm really happy with the entire job they did and highly recommend Unique Home Solutions

This company is an absolute disaster. Their customer service is beyond terrible, and we’ve spent months calling repeatedly to fix their mistakes, only to get nowhere. We paid $50,000 for new windows and have had the worst experience imaginable. Three windows were measured incorrectly—not once, but twice—and one window has arrived broken not once, not twice, but three times.

I’ve had to take multiple days off work for their so-called service appointments, and half the time, they don’t show up or even bother to call. When I spend all day on the phone trying to figure out what’s going on, I’m always told, “Someone will call you back.” Spoiler alert: they never do.

Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this company. I will NEVER use them again and strongly advise anyone else to avoid the nightmare we’ve endured.

Had them replace 11 windows and two doors in my house about 20 years ago. Just recently had them replace 2 more windows and the trim and gutters. Both times they did a great job and used top notch materials. Everyone on the jobs were polite and courteous and clean. I would definitely call them for any future jobs.

Wow. Wonderful and great detailed work on putting up our siding. The workers were courtesious and did a great job. My neighbors said our house now looks the best in the neighborhood.

Everything was great from start to finish. We had a new bathroom window installed and a new tub and shower installed. Both crews were 100 % professional.

Initial consultation was lengthy but easy & our salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a second appointment prior to installation to confirm measurements for our new window- again professional and friendly. The only issue I faced was communication post purchase in regards to accounting questions. I waited a week to hear back, but the response received was thorough and our call didn’t feel rushed at all which made up for the wait. Truly the most friendly staff from initial contact to installation and completion of the job. Would recommend based on the quality of the product (brand new beautiful picture windows) and people employed by Unique.

They have some awesome sales people very friendly and on top of it all ! We purchased all new windows for our home through their financing opportunities within the company windows was installed in July 24 and we couldn't be happier to have nice solid insulated frames and windows that definitely reduced our cooling bill the first month by $30 or more thank you so much for all you have done we are interested in adding new siding and you are our first call.. We had windows put installed on July 2024 and I'm so glad that I had them do it. Not only the price but the quality of the windows. Now we are looking at putting siding put in. Great company and great installers

Everyone involved was professional and efficient. They cleaned up well inside and out, and were personable and kind. The materials were of high-quality too. I was really impressed.

This is the fourth group of window installs from Unique that I've had in 15 years between two different homes. Unique windows are the best replacement windows. The triple pane, double argon gas insulation, gives you the best climate control for your home. I live one block from a very busy street in Indianapolis and we no longer hear the noise of the city! Sirens and mowers have been silenced! If you're still undecided, 15% savings on our heating this past winter! And rooms in our 100 year old home that could only be used during temperate weather, are now full time rooms! If your looking for a home improvement company that really listens to your home needs and follow through after, Unique is the one. Everyone we've ever dealt with has been courteous and respectful of our property. Five stars for sure!

We were very pleased with our installer. He was professional and polite. He cleaned up the area everyday before he left. He verified things that were important to us. He was a very hard worker. I would highly recommend Will to do a great job. Thank you we are so happy with our new shower.

Paul came in today and did everything he could for us. He understood times being hard and we still were able to complete a deal. Waiting on install to follow up review. So far, top notch.

We have a 2500 square foot home with all windows and sliding glass doors replaced by Unique Home Solutions. They stated the cost of the windows came with a double-lifetime warranty, which means the next owner of the home will also receive free window replacement if and when needed. However, after reaching out to UHS as primary homeowners seeking customer service on a cracked window, they seem to be giving us the same runaround they have been giving a lot of other dissatisfied customers here. We have called multiple times and sent in photos of the damaged window as requested, but they do not follow through to keep us informed or... In short, we cannot get anyone to fix our broken window and we have been trying for over a year to get it repaired or replaced. It's very frustrating and quite honestly "terrible customer service".

FOLLOWUP: Well, they finally fixed the window and I must say, they did a very good job. Since the stickers on the inside of the frames were no longer legible for the exact size or dimensions, they had to come out to measure the window and then order a custom made glass insert from the manufacturer. Once that was ready, they were quick to get out and replace the glass. While the installer was doing the repair, I mentioned all the trouble I had gone through to get this fixed and he explained a few things. He also seemed very honest and sincere about some management and overall employee changes in the company. In short, it sounds like they are getting things back on track again with better project management and follow through scheduling. With these changes in mind and the quality of service we received recently, I felt it was only right to update this review and change the rating by adding a few more stars. I honestly felt like they are doing a much better job with customer support now.- Hang in there UHS. You can do this. :D

I would not trust this company on their sales pitch. Their prices are high, but I am willing to pay more for high-quality. They boast high-quality, but the installed product is terrible. We had a front door installed for over $10,000, and there are large gaps between the doors, the caulking looks like a third grader did it, and the threshold brings water back to the door. We have made multiple attempts to get them back out to fix the issue, with no resolution.
I could’ve gotten better results with Lowe’s, Home Depot, or Menards for half the price.

BUYER BEWARE. we needed a repair on a window. We had to wait nearly a month for the service call. Then the Service Tech broke the entire frame of the window with the spreader. He called the office they were going to order an entire new frame. He said it would be 4 to 8 weeks. We not heard from any from Unique. At the 9 week mark we called to check the status. Had to leave voice mail. Upon the return call the phone rep was confused as to she was talking to. Apologized and said she had two computer screens open. Now at the 12 week mark. Phone rep said the repair was done on June 16. No it was not. We give her the Service Ticket #. She says there is no such # on our account.
We are now waiting for a call from a Supervisor. This company will jump through hoops to get your business. Getting Service is like pulling teeth.

Probably one of the best companies I have ever delt with in my adult life. The whole process was seamless and the even offer financing which allows you to pay the job off over time if you are scrapped for cash but are still in need of top quality work. Super knowledgeable and professional and the job is top notch. They are clearly the best for a reason. And if you are looking for the best rep in the business ask for Cody. He's the man!

We used them years ago for a couple things and they were wonderful then. We recently moved and wanted to transfer a warranty. They were not only helpful with getting that done, but reminded me of another purchase we had made through them that also had a transferrable warranty. Great customer service! They are certainly worth checking out.

Do not recommend. Our partial bathroom remodel took 5 days - first because there was water in the walls that had to dry out for a day. Secondly, the workers did not bring enough flooring and had to come back the next day with more. The salesman told us that they always ripped the floor to the studs to ensure no mold or damage and then laid new subfloor and flooring on top. The workers who did our floor laid the new floor over the current floor which was laid over another flooring. There are now three layers of flooring in our bathroom which causes a significant height difference between the hallway and bathroom. The molding at the bottom of the tub also has a significant dip in it due to flooring height. We purchased a vanity to have put in by the workers. The vanity has adjustable shelves inside the cabinets but the workers apparently missed that and proceeded to cut away a large portion of one shelf to fit the pipes from the sink. The shelf could have been moved down to prevent the cut.

Considering the price and quality of work, this company is screwing people over.

I do NOT recommend this company! Been using them for years and the last 2 projects have been a joke. Can never get a call back. Been trying to get the windows and door fixed since installation and they can't get their act together. Will not be using them EVER again. Will be contacting BBB and attorney.

Unique's Jacob and Kevin installed my windows on Wednesday even though it was so cold!! They arrived on time and completed the job expertly. They very courteous and professional and the cleanup was outstanding. Unique also worked with me to be able to get the installation done. Would highly recommend them.

I had 2 windows installed by UNIQUE ,and an utility door taken out in my garage. I was 100 percent happy with the work. The installers were fast and thorough. Area was cleaned up and waste taken away. I plan on having more work done next year.

Jose from Unique Home Solutions was fantastic. He came to do my gutter installation even though his coworker had an emergency because they didn’t want to reschedule on me last minute. (Obviously an emergency trip to the ER would be a completely valid reason to reschedule!) He was so polite and extremely apologetic for it taking a little longer (entire house of gutters with new gutter boards, rafter tails, and leaf guards in THREE DAYS!) than anticipated since he was alone most of the time. Keep in mind they had already told me two days and he was only there for a couple hours on day three. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend this company just for their customer service alone!

Unique completed installation of my primary entry door replacement and completed the major repairs and installation successfully in one day.

Had two doors installed. Took forever to get the doors installed. Installed fairly well. Within a week the hardware had to all be tighted. Within 5 months the latches were no longer aligned. Response from company was very slow! Found someone else to correct the problem. Will not use this company again!

We had Unique Home Solutions do a tub removal/walk-in shower installation. The two workmen were both very professional and polite. The Shower is beautiful and we could not be happier with the transformation of our bathroom. Thank You, Unique Home Solutions!

Horrible customer service. Horrible cleanup. Horrible communication. When we requested they come look at the final work ( because there was trash left everywhere ).. requested.. something they said they do, but never did, they came out. Not to do a final inspection, but to try to sell more windows. Twice. Not to mention, each time they came out, after we said no, they asked use our restroom. We did get windows for the rest of the house. We did NOT get them through here. I even went to do the final survey and it was already done. With a good review. Neither of us filled it out. We would have never given a review of "satisfied".

I had siding, shutters, gutters, and riif on my house done. They also installed a shower and an outer door for me.

I cant begin to tell you how awful this company is. They took total advantage of my little sister. Quoted her one thing and had her sign off on the agreement that stated one finance rate and then has changed the finance rate without her knowing it. Called and it took two months to get a reply back for someone to come out and look at the gap in the kitchen window. Since the house is being sold. Called on 8/8/23 and spoke to the rudest receptionist Judy. Told me she didn't know why I was calling the number I was calling and asked if the person I had called was expecting my call. Told her that this person and I have been talking on the phone and conversing via email over the last few days. Since we have a huge discrepancy in the finance terms and were just made aware of this. Who could I speak to about the contracts. Since we had came across an issue with the documents. At that point she told me that our conversation was over and that she didn't have to give me that information. I told her that was very unprofessional and didn't understand why she couldn't direct me to the person I really need to be speaking to. She got really hateful and I then told her where she could go. That there was absolutely no excuse for the way she was talking to me. To be told you cant give me out the information on who to speak to about a falsified finance contract. But to me, it sounds like this is not the first time that this has happened. Oh BTW they were only to come out for basement water proofing quote and when the sales rep showed up. She didn't know anything about this and said they don't do that anymore and she was told that we wanted windows and gutters. TOTAL SCAM. No wonder they had to declare BK.

We purchased a home that has their windows installed and I think they installed the gutter guards to inquire if there was anything I needed to do to transfer the warranty in case their were any issues but they never contacted me back. The quality of the windows are great but disappointed in not getting a call or at least a return email back from them. Definitely affects whether I let them quote future work.

Installed incorrect screen door on the back. So had to wait fir the correct door to come in, then that was replaced. They removed woodwork from around the security door to install it. I am still waiting for it to be done correctly. Two of the boards have knot holes in them. I paid for quality product and this is not it. This is the second day they said they were coming and have not shown. When they replaced the front screen door, they cut around the doorbell. It looked like my five year old granddaughter did it. When I went to lock up, I couldn't because the handles on the screen door hit the know on the wooden door. It has been one fiasco after another. After they get their money, they don't really care if things are fixed appropriately.

Look elsewhere!!! Unreliable, unprofessional, shotty craftsmanship, and an overall flaky business. I paid out-of-pocket for every window in my house to be replaced including 3 total tear outs. The installers were frantically trying to complete the work in 1 day stating that they had been scheduled to do so because they had another job the next day. The installers were doing the best they could, but the company and scheduling left no room for them to take their time to do proper work. Then my project had to be broken up into multiple days because they figured out in the middle of installing that they didn’t have all the supplies needed to complete the job. I don’t know if there was one appointment beyond the initial sales call when they showed up on time or even bothered to show up at all. There must be a little to no communication between their scheduling team and field staff. They boast a lifetime warranty, but that must be out of necessity because my windows have not been in for 3 months yet and I’ve already had 5 windows not able to close!! It took them over a month to come address a window that was stuck about 2 inches open knowing that the temperatures were at the freezing mark. My window was open a month in freezing temps before they came to fix it!!! Here I am again with another wasted day as they were supposed to show up between 230PM and 4PM and it’s been another no call no show from Unique. My home is left unsafe as multiple windows won’t close in order to lock. Not to mention constantly having to leave them voicemails that go unreturned. They damaged my plaster wall during one of the tear outs and had to come back 3 different times to repair it leaving chunks of plaster dried to my carpet because they didn’t protect the floor. Mind you the sales rep stated that they would be very clean throughout the process… they were not. l I’m at my whit’s end with Unique. Where is the customer service?? I was so excited to invest in this home improvement, but Unique has made it a mess from start to finish-ish. I regret doing business with them.

It’s actually been several years since this unbelievably horrible experience but as I am now dusting one of my pieces of furniture they damaged, it brings back the terrible memories!!!!!!

Sickening…………a neighbor said that she had a disgusting experience too and if she knew I was hiring unique home solutions, she would have warned me.

We have ordered windows twice from Unique Home Solutions. The team was able to work around our busy life schedules to sit with us and give us honest quotes as well as get us our requested install dates. Everyone was great and we love our new windows!

Had brand new siding put up they took gutters down and reinstalled them but they were put back bent in areas and not properly put back up and you couldn't tell until it rains then you get soaked from behind the gutters coming down and over they didn't reinstall the rain guards that we spent a pretty penny on to have them installed. You call and try to get it resolved they send someone out and want to charge you another 2300 for new gutters and if you want the gutter guards back on that's extra. B

Had an appointment to get a quote for replacement windows for the entire home. My wife has a million other things going on and the sales rep refused to provide an estimate without her present.....it is against their process. My wife has NO interest in windows and I do all the research, so the chance of her sitting down for 90 minutes, just isn't going to happen. Interestingly, all the other window companies didn't have an issue with it. This is how you destroy a business by not working with a customer.....sometimes you just have to roll with it. I'll never call them for anything.....ever!

I work for the company, but have had Unique do my windows, siding, gutters, and roof. In addition, I signed up my neighbor for siding and windows. We aren’t perfect, but strive for it!

They replaced some bad siding that we had from a previous business that did not honor their warranty. We had windows replaced with triple pane windows. They did a great job, we are extremely happy with their service. This is the second time we have used them and will definitely call them back for more updates.

We've hired Unique Home Solutions yet again because we love the quality of their work. Their workers and sales staff are competent, knowledgeable, polite, professional, and thorough. With services affordably priced, this company goes above and beyond.

We are in the pre-install phase. So far, we had a salesman come to the house, and then we placed an order. That was in early March. The next step was to have someone out to take final measurements and get everything on order. They came, measured, looked everything over, confirmed our color choices, and got a signature from my husband.
This is where things are going wrong. We got a call saying that the paperwork isn't in order, so they need to stop by again. No problem, and we set the appointment. 30 minutes before the appointment (keeping in mind I took off work to attend this meeting), Unique cancelled on me citing an emergency. Ok, so we set up another appointment. I couldn't make that meeting, so I called an asked to reschedule. They said they would contact me with a different appointment time. No one contacted me. One week following that appointment date, they show up at my door. Only my husband was home. They said that they had questions that needed to be answered before we could move forward. My husband makes sure they have my contact info to call me. No one calls. I try to call their office. No one has any idea what questions need to be answered, but they set up another appointment to review those questions with the both of us before we can move forward. That appointment was this morning. 30 minutes before the appointment time, they call and cancel again. This time saying that all the questions are resolved and they can move forward. They never asked me to clarify anything, never asked my husband and I to sign more paperwork. So, this entire period could have been avoided, and yet it took 2 months to put items on order. One of these items has a 6 month lead time, so now, instead of installing mid-September, it will be mid-November. I'm sure there will be no weather related delays in November, right?
I will never use this company again. I would recommend you save yourself the stress and worry and find someone else.

Update: Everything was finally installed. However, the front door that they installed has some defects. They came out to try and correct them, but then indicated that they would have to replace the door again. They called and said they would be out to replace the door, then called the day of replacement to say that door was defective and damaged. It's been several months again. Haven't heard a word from them.

So, it looks like at the end of all of this, which started at a home show a year and a half ago, that my $20,000 has resulted in a front door that ices up on the inside along with a screen door that won't latch and a handle that falls off unless you remember to retighten it once a week, a sliding glass door that I love, and soffits that look pretty nice.

The front door and storm door has really tainted my whole experience with this company. 18 months later with no resolution is not the pinnacle of customer service. Especially for that price tag.

However, they did send a follow up sales guy last January to try and sell me more things, even though they have never resolved the front door issue.
