Do NOT hire Ultra Home Improvements LLC for paving or sealing work. They did a terrible job on my driveway. The gravel used underneath was very cheap, and after less than five months, I already have cracks in several areas. The surface has visible roller marks, poor leveling, and during heavy rain, the gravel separates from the asphalt.

The worst part was their customer service. I had to call and text Michael multiple times just to get a response. He promised twice that he would come back to fix the issues but never showed up either time. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Can’t tell you about their work because I’ve never used them. But what I can tell you is that this dude in his “Ultra Home Improvements” Toyota Tundra thought it was a good idea to pass me and the vehicle in front of me while in a No Passing zone, doing about 70 mph in a 40 mph, going up and over a blind hill. Had another vehicle been coming over the hill in the opposite direction, the passengers would have been killed instantly - no doubt about it. It takes a special kind of stupid to be as reckless as that. I can only assume that anyone making such selfish driving decisions likely won’t be looking out for your best interests when it comes to how they conduct their business.

I hired Ultra Home Improvements to seal our driveway and raise the height of the edge of the driveway to make it level with the sidewalk closest to the street. Their website shows how they seal a driveway by spraying on the sealant and evening out by hand. They did not do that on our driveway just sprayed it haphazardly and failed to cover the entire driveway evenly. They said they would return to repave the edge of the driveway closest to the street in a few days. That was back on August 31 of this year. They have not returned to finish the job despite repeated attempts to contact them by phone, email, and text. I paid them $800 in cash even though the job was not completed in good faith that they would return but they have not. Attached are photos of the condition of the driveway after they sealed it and a photo of our neighbors driveway sealed at the same time. The difference in the two is clearly visible. The neighbors driveway is done properly, ours is not.
