They are very unprofessional.A lot of emails, phone calls and text messages went unanswered when we tried to contact them with questions. Home Build was suppose to take 8 to 9 months. It took them a year. Several weeks at a time no one showed up to work on the build. Several things not done the way we wanted. They made changes on things without consulting us first.We were lied to numerous times. They take no responsibility when things weren't done on time instead blame us the customer. It was a very bad experience for me. Lacking in customer service skills. I would not recommend.

Quick quality work. They showed up early and got the shingles removed along with all repairs and did excellent cleanup. Shingles went on the next day and job Forman made sure everything was perfect before he left.

We had used U Splurge in the past for several projects, and they did an amazing job. So, we decided to contract with them to replace our siding. We made the mistake to pay them before thoroughly inspecting their work. We have an issue with our soffit that they said they would be back to rectify, but never returned. Also, they damaged our hot tub cover. The owner agreed to reimburse us for a new cover, but still have not received reimbursement. There was debris they left in our yard and flower beds that we had to clean up, and several workman urinated in our yard. I’ve lost confidence in this company and do not recommend them

Evers and his team were beyond amazing to work with. After an unexpected event left us without someone to finish our project, Evers and his team came in and went above and beyond to make sure we could finish our job. I have worked with Ever (U Splurge, LLC) over the past couple of years. It started with one project at Buckeye Lake, but he has now basically remodeled the entire exterior of our home and then some. Replaced wood with vinyl fence, landscaping work, new flagstone walkway to dock, new stone faced wall below deck, replacement of all windows and front door, repaired roof, replaced cupola, replaced all siding and trim with Hardie siding and trim, replaced EPDM (Rubber) roof on flat back patio roof and above two garages, power washing patios, trim, gutters and painting it all white. The list goes on and on, but I think this gives you an idea of the extent of the work completed.

Ever and his workers treat your place as it is your own and, although still finishing up some punch items, returns the place to you completed and cleaned better than it was from the inception of the project. They listen to what you are hoping to accomplish and then make sure that you are completely satisfied with the end results. His knowledge of the proper way to do each project has been very impressive and reassuring.

I encourage you to give them a chance to assist you on your next home project.

U splurge installed a new roof on our house and we couldn't have been more pleased with their work. Everitt gave us a fair estimate and then helped us pick out the right shingles. His team showed up on time and got right to work. When the roof was complete they cleaned up all the debris including the roofing nails which is important because I have grandchildren and a dog. I would recommend them to everyone.
