Aaron was very nice. He was methodical with inspecting and determining the root cause. He was also honest about the leak not being a roofing issue and recommended a path that he will take, if he had the issue I had going on. This honesty alone is a reason for me to come back to Tusker Roofing for future roofing needs. I will definitely recommend them.

If you’re looking for a fantastic roofing company , check these guys out . I found a leak in my garage during the several heavy days of rain we had . These guys came out as soon as the rain stopped , identified the leak , and repaired it within days . I have had awful luck in middle Tennessee with anything and everything because of how swamped everyone is with all the people who have moved here . These guys were incredibly quick , affordable , and got the job done without issue . My repair was on the smaller side which made me even more surprised they were able to get it handled so quickly as it seems every time you need something small done around here , most companies want nothing to do with it . I appreciate everything they did and would highly recommend

Called Aaron for an estimate after getting 2 other estimates from local companies. I will have to say from start to finish Aaron was great. His estimate was 3k lower than first company and over 6k lower from second one and his team did a perfect job. Call Tusker Roofing, I promise you won't be disappointed.

I called in needing someone to come look at my roof same day as we were leaving that afternoon. I spoke with Aaron he said no problem they could do that. At this point I’m impressed. He texted me and asked if I could text some pictures of the shingle in question, which I did he called me and told me he would be happy to come fix the shingle for $$ but leaving like it was would not cause any rain to get through he said that he would do whatever I wanted but fixing it wasn’t necessary. I was just so impressed with his sincere honesty. He could had easily just came out and taken my money but he didn’t do that WOW you just do not find that anymore. Aaron was great! Came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and leak area and gave a fair estimate. Oscar came out a few days later and completed the repairs needed taking his time to get it done right. The repairs were finished on an earlier than estimated date. Could not be any happier. Contacted Aaron due to the recommendation of a neighbor. He stopped by quickly and let me know that other roofing companies would ask first if I was going through Insurance. He also said they would "meet whatever the insurance company quoted" if I was going to use insurance. Sure enough, all of the other companies did exactly that, a couple would not even come by unless I told them I was using insurance. Aaron and his team did a great job, worked all day until the job was complete, and cleaned up. He came by a week later after a storm to look over the job. Highly recommended!

Aaron is HONEST, respectful and knowledgeable.
We had another roofing come out and they tried to convence me to get my insurance to pay for a new roof. I knew that I was only missing a few shingles in a couple of spots and my roof is not that old. I told them no so they quoted me over $7,000 to repair.
Aron came out and assessed the damage. After receiving his extremely reasonable quote I was concerned he had missed something so I shared with him the information from the other roofer. He was very professional and did not talk bad about any other company. He did however speak honestly about the situation with my roof. The truth is the installer must have had one guy that didn’t know what he was doing so some of my shingles were sliding off because they had not been installed properly (not covered by insurance). He then repaired my roof promptly and for a very reasonable price.
I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Called Aaron around noontime to explain I had a few shingles on my roof that were loose.
His tech guy came to my house around 6pm that afternoon to fix the problem.

I was very impressed with that and his price for the work done was very reasonable.

After starting the insurance claim with another roofing company, we weren't receiving answers to questions or even getting an invoice on what work would be performed for our new roof. The other company would schedule a time to meet, but never show up but would text an hour after scheduled times and say they wouldn't be able to arrive. A friend referred Aaron and his Roofing Right team to me. Contacted Aaron around 6pm and he had an estimate/invoice to me by 8 am the next morning. He was able to get us on the schedule for Saturday morning, and at a cost before our insurance payout. Outstanding customer service! His team arrived promptly at 7 am and were done before 3pm, including cleaning all the debris. Aaron was able to also file or roof warranty for us. Great experience and I highly recommend Roofing Right!

The business was very quick to respond and deliver service. The roof damage was repaired, matching exactly the new shingles to the old shingles and did a very good job. The worker was very pleasant, well mannered, and professional. He took great care not to damage anything on the house or the landscaping during the process and cleaned up the area before leaving. I would definitely recommend Roofing Right and will choose their services again for my roofing needs.

We had some minor damage to our roof after one of the recent storms. Most roofers we contacted simply wanted to sell us a completely new roof. Others wouldn't take our job because it was "too small". Aaron, on the other hand, was glad to take the job. He gave us an honest assessment, didn't upsell us on a bunch of services we didn't need, got us right on the schedule, finished our job in less than a day, and all this at a more than fair price! If the need ever presents itself again, we'll definitely be using Roofing Right again!

This is my 3rd roof replacement experience in 25 years and by far the best. Aaron/Roofing Right was promt with getting an estimate to me and answering any questions and to get the job done. The crew did a great quality job and excellent clean up when finished. Would have no problem using them again.

We had some roof damage in a major wind storm on a Friday. I called Aaron with Roofing Right who was highly recommended on our local Facebook page. He was first able to give me a quote just by seeing pictures of our damage and was very quick to respond. Then he came on Saturday morning to inspect it. He stuck to the original repair quote and also did a roof replacement quote. Our roof was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Very professional, reasonable, and punctual. Considering half of Tennessee had roof damage, I was very impressed with how quickly ours was repaired! Would definitely recommend Roofing Right to anyone who needs any help with roofing.

Edited to add our experience from 2025: We noticed a small crack in our roof from the attic side. We called what is now Tusker Roofing Monday morning, Aaron was at our house by that afternoon. He said it was an easy fix and had it sealed up in minutes. This group is fast, reliable, reasonable, and super nice! We will be using them for all of our roofing needs and still highly suggest them!

Aaron was super nice and helpful. I thought we were going to need to have our roof repaired after a recent wind storm. He came and looked at it and called me to let me know it was nothing that needed to be repaired and that our roof had a lot of life left in it. He didn’t even charge the diagnostic fee. I cannot say enough about how good this company is. Aaron Carlton ( the owner of the company) was always very polite and friendly and explained throughly any questions we ask him. They worked all day until it was almost dark to finish our roof on a Friday night. Then they put headlamps on and spent another hour picking up the trash around the house and came back the next morning ( which was Saturday) to make sure all the nails were picked up. You cannot go wrong choosing them to do your roof. We were beyond happy with the job they did and with Aaron and his crew.

Well done roofing. I highly recommend this roofing company. A very good detailed estimate with multiple options all at reasonable price with specific materials for each option. The installation was completed in two day and the crew was particular in leaving the job site as prestige as possible. The job was overseen by a representative of the company and was onsite most of the time. I am very pleased with the job preformed.

Roofing Right (Veteran owned) is THE roofing company to go to for the highest quality, most professional installation you can get! The owner, Aaron, was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. His installation crew started at 8am, had it down to the decking in no time, found that the decking needed replaced, and still completed the work in less than a day!!!
