I have used this company multiple times for a few different things . My downstairs had flooded they came and did the water extraction and replaced all my floors and drywall, bathroom vanity and toilet. My upstairs toilet leaked into my downstairs bedroom and they came and pulled my toilet replaced the wax ring and fix the ceiling. I have worked directly with both Richard and Jason and they are both very professional and very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend this company enough. They also clean carpets which they have also done for me on several occasions.

I'm extremely happy and very pleased with the service and level of professionalism provided by this company. I would like to say Jason Blackwell has gone above and beyond in making sure that the needs of my buildings issues have been met. Despite the circumstances it's been a re-freshing experience being able to trust in the service that's provided thanks to the staff at ASDT.

ASDT is amazing. Never do I want to call a leak detection company, but when I do, I want the best. I have had three leaks on two properties. Each time, ASDT was incredibly responsive. They either came out the same day I called or the following morning. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, trustworthy. They quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and put everything back together as if the leak never happened. While hoping for no future leaks, if I have one, ASDT is on speed dial.

Representative showed up to my house same day, identified the issues, advised on solutions, and did not even charge for the help! 10/10 recommend this business for the turnaround time, efficiency, and curtesy.

Could not be happier with a company. We had an issue with mold around a couple of vents and they were fast, thorough and very reasonable. Jeremy came out and knocked it out in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Can't recommend highly enough.

So I was out of town and when I came back my townhouse had LOTS of water damage. I got hooked up with the guys at ASDT within a couple of hours as they came highly referred.

And boy did they DELIVER!

Their customer service was amazing and they had a crew out ASAP to help dry the whole thing. My project manager Preston was SO RESPONSIVE and was constantly giving me updates.

Their work was excellent and it was really helpful having a professional team in my corner to help with the logistics of insurance.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Advanced Structural Drying Technologies for mold remediation in my home. Even though we haven't yet completed the process, everything I've experienced thus far is deserving of a 5-star Google review. Two gentlemen came to my home yesterday, Richard and Mickey, who were both professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and committed to ensuring my wife and I would have a safe outcome once everything had been completed. It was clear from the start that I was dealing with professionals of the highest caliber. The owner and gentlemen who I worked with directly all represent the confidence you hope to see in situations where your home and health could be impacted. They were not only meticulous in their diagnostic and information-gathering efforts but also displayed a level of respect and care for my home that truly impressed me.

What set this experience apart, however, was the incredible level of commitment demonstrated by the owner, Gary, and then the follow through from Richard and Mickey. It's rare to encounter someone who, despite being on vacation, would take the time to answer a call to ensure that the service being provided meets the highest standard. His willingness to go above and beyond for a client is a testament to the exceptional customer standard of this company. Richard and Mickey came into my home already having reviewed any notes, concerns, and had formulated a game plan. It wasn't one of these scenarios where a crew shows up and it seems like they are sorting through what to do onsite. These guys prepared for the service call, had a huge array of highly technological equipment, and were patient with me when asked a variety of questions to address my concerns. At no time did they make me feel like I couldn't inquire about the process. Both gentlemen took their time, making sure I understood the process occurring now and ahead.

Good people come to clean anything you need. They clean anything from mold to fire damage and make it as if it was never there.
