Matt Nelson has been the carpenter working on my 1950’s home renovation and the work is beautiful! Beyond that he is really easy to communicate with. Before I even see a problem he will mention if he doesn’t like something and make it look perfect. Turner is a great company and really stand by their work. Craig Meiklen is managing the whole project and he’s truly such a kind and easygoing man. He works so hard and is on top of all the moving parts. He makes sure that I’m happy with the final result and is willing to change things to make sure that the final product is perfect. No matter what project you work on in a home renovation there will be hiccups, but the whole team stands behind everything they do. I don’t think I have ever worked with a better renovation team.

Turner restoration did a fantastic job for us. we had a slow leak under our kitchen sink for a couple of years and determined that we had a black mold issue… Kevin and Matt oversaw the whole project From demo to floor replacement to rebuilding our kitchen back and coordinating with the plumber… Great guys to work with… We highly recommend.

A great team of people. Their entire team is awesome and their communication is excellent. We had a home inspection of my crawlspace and found evidence of water and possible mold spores. With Turner's help they found more than the inspector. They helped guide the builder through their recommended solutions. I am very grateful for their assistance. Because my home still had warranty it did not result in a contract for Turner. It was their professionalism throughout that is commendable. When I offered compensation for three on site inspections they told me "not to worry about it, no charge". We had freezing pipes in January. We pin pointed it to the outer wall in our main bathroom. When the wall was opened up, we found that the insulation had been installed incorrectly.

Turner Restoration came out when they said they would and fixed our wall (it was a2 day process). They asked questions to make sure we were happy with process every step of the way. Very professional.

Turner and their crew of dedicated individuals were awesome, from the start all the way to the finish. We had a house fire with significant damage and they worked to restore the home to much better than original condition. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I have nothing but great things to say about Turner Restoration! I came home to find my attic had flooded and my ceiling had caved. They came out the next day and started immediately on securing the the area. They handled all the insurance information and fixed the problem. I was so satisfied with their work I had them add an additional laundry and bathroom to my home. I was beyond thankful for the great design help and quality from the whole team. These dudes helped me deal with back to back water damage issues in my 100 year old house. They respected my timelines and wishes and were far more than generous when dealing with insurance and lender turnaround times.

We had a flood in our laundry room. I called these guys they came in within minutes. William and Timmy We're very professional. When they were setting up the equipment Timmy was pretending to be a tiger. The kids loved it. They nickname him Timmy the tiger. They made this unpleasant experience with the flood not so unpleasant. When you have 3 young children under 4 and they're having a fun time. It really makes things better. I hope it never have a flood again, but if I do i'm calling these guys again! Thanks Timmy the tiger!

Turner Restoration does great work! The crew was timely, professional and knowledgable when fixing my garage. I highly recommend them!

From start to finish they were amazing. I had a small roof leak above an upstairs bathroom. When I noticed it I called them and Kevin came out right away on a Saturday to check it out. By Monday morning first thing they sent Natalie to move contents, prep and put plastic on my floors to protect them and remove the water damaged areas. She was great, so clean an careful with our stuff. Then the roofers came and repaired the areas that needed repaired. Then Matt did the sheetrock and prep. He was also great. Very nice and amazing detail work to finish up. Looks like it never happened. During the process Kevin and Tim would call me to let me know what was happing and what to expect next. It was great to work with a company that cares and is on top of it. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Turner Restoration for the great service and workmanship.

I never write reviews however, I was inclined to do so with Turner Restoration. The first shout out was that they showed up when they said they would. That in itself is a bonus. Kevin came out, mapped out the damage, Tim called with a quote. As soon as inusrance approved the job, Turner was out and started on the project. Kevin was at my place to over see how the job was going and when things were not up to par, he was on it and things got fixed asap. I am thankful for Kevin and Turner Restoration. What a wonderful experience we had with Turner Restoration! They fully understood our situation and did everything in their power to hurry the project along! We contacted our insurance to deal with some sewer flooding in our crawl space and Turner Restoration came recommended from both our insurance and family friends. We called on Sunday and someone was onsite on Monday to get items needed for the insurance claim and they started work Wednesday. They were on time and provided updates as work progressed. They cleaned-up when the left and would come as high recommendation for future work or to anyone we know.

We hired Turner to deal with some exterior damage to our home on our homeowners insurance.  We were in the middle of a sale at the time which made it even more stressful.  Turner was able to take on the work on short notice.  They provided great communication throughout the process as we were out of town.  They dealt with the insurance company directly on all of the detailed estimates.  Their finished product was totally seamless, you could not see any transition between the restored and original.  They were done when they stated, everything was clean.  Highly recommend Turner Restoration

What started out as restoration work in our daylight basement to repair flooding from a broken irrigation valve quickly turned into a full-on home remodel. Turner Restoration went above and beyond to, not only fix what was broken, but to add custom finishing touches to our restoration turned remodel project(s). They weren’t happy unless we were happy and they were dedicated to completing every job to our satisfaction. They were upfront and honest with their quotes and never snuck in any unexpected charges. They were always very reasonable in pricing and worked with us to customize our projects to meet our needs. William, Tim and the Turner Restoration team quickly felt like family to us. They made a consistent priority to address any questions or concerns we had and even lended tools and advice for side DIY projects. No job was too big or small and we went from replacing around 4,000 sq feet of carpet to gorgeous luxury vinyl plank flooring and updated trimwork to knocking out walls and adding a massive statement support beam! Turner Restoration also created our kiddos hidden play room behind a custom made Murphy door. They changed the whole look of our 90’s home and made the whole process as stress free and enjoyable as possible. Turner Restoration has my highest recommendation and I can’t wait to bring them back to get started on our next home update!

After a water leak we had Turner come to the rescue! They were timely and professional. After a delay due to covid in our house, we rescheduled them to finish and they completed the job quickly.

Turner Restoration came out and replaced the roof on my home! From start to finish the team professionally handled the job! The roof came out perfect and couldn't of asked for a better finished product! The install team was very courteous and even took some old facia that we have torn off and replaced ourselves, and threw it in their dump trailer to haul off!

These guys are amazing. One night at about 7 am I opened by utility closet to find my hot water tank had broke and had been leaking for some time by looking at the mold on the walls and the flooring that was all buckled. As a new home owner I was in a complete panic and had no idea what to do. Sending a SOS out on facebook my friend gave me Tim's cell number and I called not expecting him to answer in the late evening.
To my surprise Tim returned my call minutes later and offered to come out that night to assess the damage, though it wasn't necessary they showed up the next day at 8am and quickly went to work and had all of the damaged stuff removed and fans drying it out.
From the crew who removed all the damaged flooring and drywall, the restoration staff, and the owner they were all friendly and professional. They by far exceeded my expectations and would recommend them to anyone needing work done due to water damage. Great job guys!!!!

After numerous floods in our basement Turner Restoration came to save the day! We finally figured out the flooding issues and soon was time for clean up. Where do you start? We gave Turner Restoration a call and they took the remodel in their hands. They did a fantastic job of getting the insurance stuff settled which can be very confusing. They took care of the bacteria cleanup. They cut up walls, but put them back together nicely:) Painted walls and trim work was superior. The flooring spectacular. I really appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone was during the remodel. There were many people coming and going. We all coordinated well together. We will be forever grateful for Turner Restoration!

SUPER HEROES - That is how I would describe the team at Turner Restoration! Our family had a flood on the upper floor that was found VERY early in the morning and it had soaked through the floor and was dumping water through the ceiling of the room below. DISASTER! To say emotions were running high and fear of how much damage was done is putting it lightly. We quickly made a call to Turner Restoration and within an hour they had someone on-site and ready to help. They calmed us down, explained how things would work, told us not to worry that they would get a team out there right away and handle everything. DID THEY EVER! They immediately took control of the nightmare in front of us and have handled every detail since. From communication with us and the insurance company to being on-site and getting us put back together in a timely manner, they are hands down SUPER HEROES! We cannot thank them enough!
