Someone once told me that in work there is human error and that's why you have quality control. Lorenzo is the quality control in his business. He is a boss who comes to the job site jumps on your roof and inspects, and if you're not happy then he fixes it and makes it right. He has a good team that shares the same goal. I am a very picky individual and he worked with me to make sure that quality control was checked and passed and ended up with a beautiful roof and overall satisfied.

Lorenzo and his crew have done a great job with the projects that I have hired them to do. Two years ago, I hired Black Diamond Construction to remove 4 trees from my property, 3 of them extremely large Ponderosa Pine trees. They also took down and removed a tree house that was between 3 of the pines. Lorenzo was very flexible with the project and I eventually had him remove 5 additional trees because his price was so reasonable. Last year, I hired Lorenzo and his crew to level the grade out back behind the house, pour a large patio concrete slab, put in a retaining wall, and do some underground wiring that went to my unattached garage. Again, Lorenzo was very flexible as the project progressed and he charged a fair price. Currently, Black Diamond Construction is removing and replacing the the roof on the garage. On all 3 jobs, they got started on the projects right away. The crew worked hard, were friendly, and easy to work with.

Black diamond replaced my driveway, they did an awesome job. Had a couple of rain delays but that wasn't on them. Thanks Lorenzo and crew!

Lorenzo and his team were easy to work with. They were very professional and tidy while working and were efficient, only taking 3-4 days to finish a 90’ long retaining wall while leveling the area around to help with drainage. The detail on the wall was inch perfect. Highly recommend them for any construction/concrete work you need. Will definitely be calling them for the next project.
