I was referred to this Truss Works by a friend who had used them. Working with Tony was great. He was way faster to respond than any other truss company I contacted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Great customer service.

To begin with, I have been building houses for the past17 years. I have dealt with many different truss manufacturers. I build approximately 25 homes per year and thus need dependable subs and suppliers. My experience with Truss Works has been EXCEPTIONAL! From the driver who delivers the trusses, to the outside sales rep and the designers. My loudest praise for Truss Works is the COMMUNICATION. I am constantly getting phone calls and emails giving updates on production and deliveries. I have always been satisfied with how a job turned out with Truss Works, has it always been perfect? No, however they strive to make sure that problems are fixed, and that means a lot to me. It's too bad that the "plumber review" didn't take the time to review his quote, or at least have his "builder" review it. There have been times that I have not taken the time to inspect the quote and design and I have to eat the cost - my fault, but that is true for all quotes in the building industry. I would not pay too much attention to the reviewers who were upset that Truss Works doesn't sell lumber, or about the owner's political views, if you want a good set of trusses with great customer service, look no further.

I typically do not do reviews but I had to take time and tell you the great experience I had working with Tony at Truss Works.
My take off was not only accurate and timely but at a great price.
I had excellent communication with Tony and throughout the company. The owner thanked me for my order and the driver updated me multiple times.
Its great to see professionalism these days.

We contacted Trussworks back in October to get a bid for trusses on a house we are building in Idaho. Of all the companies we contacted, they were the quickest to respond and were the most polite. Tony even answered a phone call from my husband when he was on vacation in Florida! They sent us a very fair bid and also designed our trusses using an advanced 3D system. My husband said that has been very useful in framing the house. We haven't received our trusses yet, but so far, we have been very happy with the communication and service! Will update when we get our trusses!

We are looking at building a house in the Flathead next summer and Truss Works has been fabulous to work with! So far their prices have been fair and communication superior to the rest I have spoken with so far. Greg and Tony have been teaming up on the project to make sure everything is done exactly how I imagine. Tony is also amazing with this communication skills and patient with all of my questions which is a breath of fresh air in the construction industry! I'm thankful I came across this company for our project. Thanks again Tony for all the help so far and can't wait to get this project started! :)

We build 15 to 20 homes a year in the Flathead Valley. Not only is Trussworks products superior to the competition, they are on time and very reasonably priced. Tony , Greg, and Ron are fantastic to work with. I wish all my venders preformed this well. Thank you

I purchased trusses for my garage. I am a plumber by trade and do not know how to order or install a truss. When I called, to make the order, the salesman asked me what the garage dimensions are, the location and how much overhang I wanted. I told him 26'x30', Babb MT and 12''. He printed the design and the invoice. I paid, picked them up and my contractor installed them. The contractor informed me that the overhang is only 6" and not 12".When the contractor was done I had two trusses left over. The contractor said they sent two to many trusses. When I showed him the receipt he informed me that I paid for two extra and 12" overhang. I do not need two extra trusses so I took them back. Greg and Ron were skeptical and said "well you told us how many you wanted." I said no. They took the trusses back and said they would work up a refund. It has been 7 weeks. I called last week and spoke with Greg. He said they were thinking about giving me $100. (I paid $250 each) I said that is not fair. Greg then became angry, raised his voice and said he was not going to refund me any more. Do not use these people if you can help it.

Google lied to me. I am heartbroken. This place does not sell lumber. It sells truss' for roofs for houses. How hast thou lied to me Google. How hast thou...
EDIT: This man, if you can even call him that, has left a five star review on this establishment, that he is employed at, I find this very, VERY, outraging. Sir, or Google, I request you remove this man's review to take him down a notch.
