Kirk Auto Company

I ordered and bought a vehicle from Kirk and that experience was great. But since then, the experience has not been so great. I started smelling a sour smell in my vehicle back last fall. I made an appointment for it to go in. They said they could not find anything. I made another appointment back in February of this year for the same sour smell. They had had my vehicle for a few days when they called and said they had bad news. It was rodent damage, that I need to open an insurance claim, so I did so. A month later, while they have had my vehicle the whole time, they came back and said it was not rodent damage, that it was covered under warranty. They had my vehicle for almost seven weeks. This coming Monday will make seven weeks. They returned it today. I was in the middle of work and did not get to look at it. I get in leaving work today, and the technician/technicians have gotten grease all over the inside of my vehicle. Why would they return a basically brand new vehicle in this condition? And who knows if they actually fixed the original problem with the vehicle; have to wait for it to rain to know the answer to that question.
Grease marks all over my vehicle. Is this acceptable service? I don't believe so. Here are just a few pics of the inside. Not acceptable at all, in my opinion. And when I called to report the problem, Brittany, the customer service person said that the owner "inspected" my vehicle himself. There's no possible way., and, sir, if you did, you may need to invest in some glasses.

Try to sell me and my Son a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had frozen valve lifters.
I get the "Sold as is", But dishonesty and being crooked doesn't describe the manipulation they pulled to get me to buy this auto without full disclosure of its problems.
And don't be fooled, they knew.
Turning off the check engine light and hoping it wouldn't come back on during a test drive was just part of their deception.
Fortunately there are 3 witnesses to it. Shame on Kirk.

Recently online searching for a vehicle when I ran across an ad for Kirk Auto . I was under the impression they work with all credit types. My credit score is 586 and had a down payment of $1500. The sales consult was extremely nice but seems they had nothing they could finance for me without $5000 or a cosigner. Extremely disappointed in this experience and their inability to finance a vehicle for me. Although they say no credit bad credit repossession no problem do not get your hopes you. I make $3200 monthly a 586 credit score and a down payment and was told sorry but no.Even when I asked about a $9000 vehicle on lot with the down payment leaving only $7500 to finance due to being a older model to high risk to finance they say

Bought a vehicle from them with a full warranty. Immediately found out it needed a new tensioner for the timing belt. For the last three weeks they gave me the runaround about having an authorized shop in Starkville who honors the warranty. They don't . Now they're saying that the only place that will work on it is in Jackson. One of the reasons we did business with them in the first place was that if need be, it could be handled in Starkville .

He also put them in order of highest priority to least priority so that we could make the best decision regarding what all to fix. My recent experience with Kirk was a somewhat good experience. The quality of the work performed was excellent. I placed a name and phone number inside the vehicle to be worked on so that I could be contacted in case of. After receiving a call from Kirk, I figured all would be good.
I received a call informing me that my request would be met and that another issue had been identified. I asked for an estimate for the total repair. I was given a Total Price for the repair in the amount of $1088.00.
I returned to pay for the repair and the amount was $1409.00. I thought that the difference in price could have been made known to me through a phone call.
I thank Kirk for the repair, but I don’t ever want to do business with them again.

From the morning prayers over the loud speaker (Ford Dealership) to the killer coupons on services, I only have good things to say and will continue to send my business their way. I had a situation with my car so I brought it in to see what was going on with it. They checked it out and told me what the problem was. My wait was not long and they're handling the issue.

I bring my vehicle from Pontotoc County to Kirk Ford Grenada for oil changes and routine maintenance because they are so courteous and efficient. I have been pleased with their service from my very first visit. Daniel, in the Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center, is very helpful and professional. I was in the lobby waiting on an oil change today and one more thing is added to the reasons I will continue using Kirk Ford. A gentleman came over the intercom and prayed....prayed for the employees, the customers and our country. He prayed from the heart thanking and wishing good health to the customers and employees. I was very impressed and touched by his prayer. I was told this gentleman does this daily. This country needs more people that will pray for and encourage people like this man. I pray that God blesses this business and the employees.

I travel 85 miles for service and maintenance I can trust. Kirk Auto has always treated me like one of the family and their service professionals have always been there to answer questions.

The service department was very efficient and kept me aware of progress for both the vehicle servicing and the warranty repair. All personnel at Kirk Auto are very personable and helpful.
