Called in a panic as my sump pump had failed, they were out within a hour and began clean up in my flooded basement. The crew really did a great job with the clean up! Great communication, I always knew what was going on and what my options were, they were careful moving things and during demo.

We hired True North to conduct a re-inspection of our basement after another company failed to properly communicate the extent of the water damage to our insurance provider. Both our contractor and we were highly impressed by True North’s professionalism, expertise, and efficiency. They quickly assessed the damage, completed the necessary remediation, and provided a detailed report to our insurance company without delay.

Our basement drain backed up after terrible storms passed through the area, spreading water throughout our entirely finished basement.
