Sam conducted an inspection for the house we just made an offer on in Helena. In advance of the inspection, he was very communicative and welcomed any questions I wanted him to consider during his inspection.

On the day of the inspection he was thorough in both his work and explanations. I especially appreciated his explanations into how his findings would impact me as the future home owner. He also welcomed some of my more simple questions and never made me feel like I had a silly question…some of my questions were pretty basic!

After the home inspection he talked me through a summary of his findings and sent me his final write up that evening. With his inspection I feel really confident I know what I’m getting myself into and am prepared to maintain my new home.
