True North was the primary contractor to repair the water damage in our upstairs master bathroom/shower and the subsequent damage to the kitchen ceiling just below it. Even though the assessment/repairs took over two months, the end results were clearly worth it. The water mitigation team (Paul Davis Restoration), the "Tile Team" (Perry Roberts, PM), and the True North teams did an outstanding job. Jason/Jeremy (True North) were my go-to guys for planning and coordination and they were ALWAYS very responsive to any questions or scheduling reqts I had. Alex and Keegan were both diligent and careful in removing shower fasteners/attachments, trim, etc., and helping with drywall repairs. They clearly took pride in their work. Perry's tile team were SUPERB in their skills and quality of workmanship in retiling the master bathroom/shower. I admit it was challenging at times to communicate with some of his team, but the Team Lead (Santos) kept us all in sync and alleviated any concerns with the tiling project. Roberto(?) did a great job in replacing/updating the shoe trim around the two bathroom vanity cabinets/sinks and the entire bathroom, consulting with me to make sure the pattern/layout was to our liking. Finally, another shout-out to the painting/drywall team (Jose' and Manuel), who were responsible for not only painting the bathroom/showerf, but repairing and painting the downstairs ceiling as well. They did an outstanding job and were very patient and very precise in their painting skills. You could easily tell that Jose' and Manuel were a great team and they worked very well together. In short, I couldn't have had a better team. USAA selected True North Contracting to work our water damage claim, and I am so glad they did. I have an old house, and was looking to remodel the main bathroom. I chose True North Contracting for the job, and I'm so glad I did. From the time Gary came out to get measurements for the first estimate, to the final walkthrough to make sure everything was like I wanted, they were all extremely nice, very professional, and VERY good at what they do. The bathroom is hardly recognizable from what it originally was...in a good way. They were also very accommodating to any questions or concerns I had. I will recommend them to any friends who are looking to have work done, and I will definitely call them if I want to do more remodeling. Jeremy and Gary, along with the guys who came out whenever we needed them, get 5-Stars from me, and I recommend them if you need any construction/remodeling done.

I had a tree fall on my house during the night and they sent people out to tarp my roof because it was leaking very badly. They were swift and very communicative through the whole process. Overall would recommend this company to anyone.

What a great crew! We needed to clear a wooded area behind our house for a much needed shed. Jarrad and his team made it happen. Day one was mostly just dropping trees and by end of day two, everything was cleared and the site was graded and level to start building. They even took out a smaller dead tree in our front yard at no extra charge! We had them back to do the roofing (we were just too busy) and it was done in just a few hours. Workers were professional and courteous. We would definitely use them again!

I had True North came in and do a drain around my pool. It wasn’t a typical French drain. I was worried how difficult it was going to be. They did all the research ahead of the repair to make sure it was done correctly. They finished very quickly and took care of my water problem! I would not trust anyone else to come in and do such a big job. Highly recommend and will be coming back for anymore needs!

True North did a fantastic job in Organizing the reconstruction of my roof and some inside work in my bedroom after a tree hit my house. Jeremy was awesome in getting everything organized and the contractors scheduled to do the work.

Jason and Gary were extremely helpful in getting the estimate for the work that needed to be done. Their thoroughness actually made the insurance company send out a 2nd estimator. The first guys the insurance company sent out did all the work at night so there were a lot of thing missed.

If it wasn't for their diligence I would not have had the work needed covered by the insurance company. Their guidance in dealing with the situation was very helpful. The 2nd estimator didn't even look at his own paper work when suggesting on what work should be done. Had it not been for Jeremy, Jason and Gary I would not have had my entire roof redone.

Everyone sent out to my house for the reconstruction were awesome to work with. All sub-contractors and staff sent out were highly skilled and very professional.

I would recommend True North and any of the sub-contractors they work with to do work on your house.

They came out on February 23rd to look at converting our 2 car garage into two bedrooms, along with some other projects. I emailed a few days later and was told it would be 2 weeks before the quote was ready. I never heard from them (it’s been 4 months) I understand the construction world is a bit crazy with the prices of wood etc, but I would have expected an email or phone call. Waste of my time.

I used True North to build a three car attached garage, they gave me an excellent price with a very detailed estimate and contract. The project took a little longer than expected mainly due to the weather, Bobby always kept me updated and well informed throughout the entire project. The true test of a great contractor is how they stand behind their work after it’s been completed and they received their final draw, so about a month after completion I had an issue with one of my garage doors. I called Jarred at 8am and Bobby reached out to me by 830am and was on-site by 11am, he had the door sub here by 230pm and the door repaired an hour later. The price was great the quality of work was very good but the customer service is the best I would highly recommend them.

I have absolutely enjoyed our entire experience with True North Contracting! From scheduling our initial estimate meeting and proceeding forward with the contract, all of my questions as I prepared for construction in our basement to build a bathroom were answered in a professional and timely manner. Communication about scheduling folks to come to my home was always on point. All of the crew members were responsible, prompt to show up for appointments and respectful while in my home. And the final product was such a beautiful bathroom addition to our basement that it puts our master bathroom to shame. I have been so extremely happy with True North, I’d definitely schedule another project with them again.

Started out great with initial communication for a quote. Then, it all went downhill from there. Absolutely horrible communication and follow up. We went for weeks without any response until we finally reached back out to get an update on our quote. Finally, an appointment was made for a new project manager to come out and do an assessment for a revised quote. The gentleman came out on a Tuesday, was very professional and knowledgeable. Said he would provide us with a quote by the following Monday since Thanksgiving was on Thursday. Ok, great. No problem. We've heard absolutely nothing since that visit. I had high hopes for this company, considering the reviews but, we can't even get a response or follow up! I worked for small business construction companies for 15 years. I understand the company went through a restructuring recently. I get the nuances of how small contractors work, as compared to corporate companies. But, True North dropped the ball big time, on this. I have tried to be patient, knowing that with a restructure and COVID, things can be crazy. But, after MONTHS of chasing after them to give them our business, we're done.

Great job by True North! They painted about 2/3 of my house, repairing cracks and damaged areas, and updated the backsplash in my kitchen. My house looks great! I would recommend them for any home projects.

I would recommend True North Contracting LLC to anyone in the area who needs work done on their home. I found them on Facebook and was in a pinch to find a contractor but they responded right away. From meeting Jason at the initial estimate my husband said "I want to use them!" We had the worst time finding a contractor who would want to do our job after our basement was flooded but Jason came in and made it happen. The team that did the repairs in my home was extremely hard working, professional, clean and did an excellent job. We are so glad that we used True North for our home repairs.

Contacted True North Contracting for installation of gutters. They use thicker .032 gauged aluminum and had the option for oversized 6" gutters which capture 25% more rain than 5" gutters which I was upgrading from.

The install was timely, professional, and reasonably priced compared to other quotes. The end result was good looking and functional gutters. TNC had to overcome some tricky retro-fitting and solve some creative down spout potential hurdles due to existing roof lines.

The quality of workmanship really shows and is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. It has been a couple of rain storms in and they are working better than ever, and so while I don't anticipate needing anything adjusted, there is a peace of mind knowing, they will take care of the customer and make it right if needed.

I hope to use them in other areas of my home that need work based on the good result from the gutter installation.
