Mark is a true professional! We were told by our insurance that our roof was “installed incorrectly” by the previous home owners so fixing the water damage it was causing would not be covered. We found through permits that True Construction had done the work in 2017 and reached out to see if the roof was still under warranty. He got back to us immediately and was on a ladder looking at our roof within the hour.
He saw the issue, was super apologetic, and explained that it was likely done by some additional help he had hired at the time.
Literally the next morning he was up on our roof fixing it free of charge. He is a guy with integrity who really cares about the work he does.

Mark & his crew installed a new roof for me a couple years ago, recommended by the inspector I have give me a to do list every few years. Had a minor issue recently that I was completely prepared to pay for myself - they did the touch up for free & during a very busy time for trades, generally. They were very professional and when other companies could not get my roof covered by insurance they went the extra mile to call out my insurance companies adjuster to walk the roof with them. That proved to be the difference. The roof was repaired covered by insurance and they followed up to make sure all was well. Can't ask anything more from a company!!

True Construction did a GREAT job! They oversaw a MAJOR makeover to my house following a massive hail storm: new roof, ALL new siding, gutters & downspouts. Mark repeatedly went the extra mile to make sure the smallest details were addressed. I have an older home in the Aksarben area and anyone who's worked on older houses knows there are always challenges and unexpected surprises. Make took care of everything. My house looks BEAUTIFUL. Highly recommended!

They did an awesome job. Our roof was done in one day, and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up when they finished. Very professional. The owner gave us updates through the entire process. I would highly recommend this company.
