Called them on a Thursday, roof was complete on a Tuesday. All mess cleaned up, and I couldn't be happier. City inspector approved!

Bob Sherwood of Home One-Roofing helped us about 13 years ago when storms hit our area and insurance companies paid for all roof replacements on homes in our circle except for ours. We called Bob and he gave us excellent advice on how to proceed and we were able to get a new roof. On June 16th, 2017, tornadoes hit our area and once again we had trouble getting our roof replaced, the insurance company only wanted to give us a partial replacement. After the partial replacement started lifting in the wind, we called Bob and once again he was of great assistance getting a new roof for our home. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and had a great crew that completed the job in a day. They were very meticulous with the cleanup and Bob came back the next day to inspect the job. We really appreciated not only the excellent job by his crew, but also all of the help and advice Bob gave us during the disasters. Bob knows what to do, thanks again so very much!

Well my husband and I dealt with Peter as well, and thought he was a nice guy until Peter and Home-one Roofing stopped calling us back when they got our insurance and deposit check. They cashed the checks in October of last year then they sent a letter in January of 18 to cancel the contract and now they will not refund our money or take any of my calls. Showed up at the address that was on all their paper work and of course they bailed on that place two months ago and no one seems to know where they have an office. Then found out that they cashed the insurance check at a different bank than they cashed our deposit check. Two different banks seem a little odd to me. Seems to be a bunch of scammers to me. Would not trust them if I were you. We learned the hard way.

I worked with Tim and Peter personally and had a wonderful experience! The process from start to finish was handled with professionalism. I would reccomend using this company for your roofing needs in and around the Omaha area.

Amazing service after the sale even 2 years later! A few minor issues were remedied quickly and efficiently. I haven't had customer service like this in years. My mother lives in Omaha, I came to visit and saw that she had quite a few leaks in her roof. She lives by herself and does not know how to take care of things like this, I searched the area for the best Roofing contractor and seemed like none of them went through insurance! I finally came across Home One Roofing. Their customer service was great and they really took care of us, our insurance covered everything and Home One Roofing made the process very easy to go through them. Home One did an excellent job on my roof repair!!! I didn't have to worry about much as my insurance handled it thankfully. The transition was seamless and I saw Bob on sight just as much as his entire crew were there. Its great to see that Bob and Home one Roofing really care not only about the quality of work done but meeting the timeline set.
