Tropical Soltions Pressure Wash

Nick at Tropical Solutions made the exterior of my house sparkle just in time for me to put it in the market. Not only did he thoroughly clean the walls and tiled lanai, he also tackled the retaining wall and managed to remove dark streaks of mildew. From there he went the extra mile on the roof, scrubbing off clumps of lichen as he washed. As a result the house was literally picture perfect and ready for the real estate photographer. Nick is prompt, courteous, and his work proposal was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
