Triton was one of about 5-6 companies that reached out to me following the major hailstorm that hit Minneapolis in Aug, 2023. Met with 3 companies to weigh options, and chose Triton after looking over reviews, seeing their years of experience, and meeting with Jeff. He worked directly with our insurance company to make sure that items missed by the appraiser were added in, which included the need to bring the whole roof up to code since it hadn't been replaced in close to 30 years. Despite having neighbors who had signage placed from other companies in their yard weeks before we chose Triton, Jeff and Bill managed to get us on the schedule in no time, which actually helped us be the first on the block to get their roof completed. Jeff made the whole process easy for us, and he was an absolute bulldog when it came to getting insurance to do the right thing!

Triton Exteriors goes above and beyond! In 2022, I contacted Triton to reroof my Mom's house/garage/shed as we prepared to place it on the market. Upon completion, Bill personally repaired some woodpecker damage. In August, 2023, I used them again, to reroof my own house/garage/gutters-after storm damage. Additionally, Bill returned to seal off some areas that had been perpetual homes to birds and wasps. Bill and his team are friendly, courteous, responsive and punctual. During each job, I was kept apprised of the entire process/schedule. The insurance process and inspections were easy to navigate, thanks to Bill's explanations. The roofing team was large, so the roofs were done within one day. The work was affordable and the end results were high quality. I would highly recommend this business.

Very professional! Extensive damage. Crew of 9 showed up at 7:30am and done at 10:30am...whereas other homes in the neighborhood took days to complete! The dumpster gentleman says he delivers for other companies over 17 years...and Triton is the best!

We worked with Bill and Triton Exteriors on an insurance claim after some wind and hail damage. Everything went as well as it possibly could have, and we couldn't be happier with the end result! The new roof and new gutters look fantastic! In the event that we need some more work done, I will definitely be contacting Bill and using Triton Exteriors!
