We had our patio door replaced. Brain was easy to work with and very responsive. The entire process went quickly and smooth. Jake did our installation. He was very nice and professional. The door looks great and everything was cleaned up after. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.

I have used this company twice in the last year to install new windows in my living room and kitchen. Brian, the owner is such an excellent person to work with. They were polite, fast, professional. My vision was brought to life. There were no complications with the instal. Their techs were top notch. I plan on doing some home renovations and without doubt will be using these guys again. I give them a 10/10.

Brian Alexander and his team installed a new roof on my home in 2017. Yesterday we had remarkably high winds and a few of the shingles blew off the roof peak. I called Brian to see if he could help. He responded immediately. One of his team members came out this morning and repaired the damage. I’m not sure what I expected when I called Brian but he has exceeded any expectations I could’ve had. Brian and Antonio have been fantastic to work with. They are siding and roofing two homes and Antonio also did a punch list of exterior items like soffit repair at my personal home. They are responsive, priced competitively and do great work. Being in the real estate industry I'm constantly let down by contractors and these guys did everything they said they would and on time.

Alexander Exteriors is one of the very few companies out there that is honest and not try to up-sell you things you don’t need. Antonio the sales rep is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have met with him a couple times now and we highly recommend working with him!

Alexander Exteriors did our roof and some new windows and we are extremely happy with the result! Their crews did a great job on both the installs. Price was also very reasonable. Our salesperson Antonio could not have been nicer, he even helped repair a bathroom vent that came loose during the roof install. Highly recommend this company.

Poor customer service. Sales Rep put wrong wood type and color on purchase agreement. First installers left a piece of window trim off. Picture window glass had 8 inch scratch. Non communicative about when to expect new glass and correct trim. 2nd installer (independent contractor) was great. But wrong trim type. 3rd time correct trim finally but such a poor job by first installers that 3rd installer had to redo half their work. I had to ask estimated arrival time for each installation. Would not recommend

We had three larger windows replaced by Alexander Exteriors. Overall I'm happy with the window quality, they needed to match the wood from our previous windows and did a great job with that. The crew seemed very skilled during the install, they knew what they were doing.

I removed a star due to some issues with communication during the process of getting the windows. Due to supply chain issues there were delays in getting the windows and and then getting a crew in. We ordered in June with the expected install for September. The actual install happened third week of November. I understand issues come up, but would appreciate more communication to give us updates instead of us needed to ask them. We did convey these issues and Alexander Exteriors did work hard on improving and making sure we were satisfied with our purchase.

I requested a quote from Alexander Exteriors and worked with Jason Hanson. The quote he provided was detailed, and was modified as I requested. Jason listens well and works hard to get the business. He was also very good at following up. For budget reasons, I did not pursue the project but I'd recommend using this business. They did a great job on my neighbor's home.

Alexander Exteriors does great work and they're very dependable. Jason S. did a great job of communicating and making us aware of all the steps of the project. The carpenter that worked on the house and garage was professional and all work performed looked beautiful.

Contrary to the other raving 5-star reviews on here, I have mixed feelings about Alexander Exteriors. My 4-star rating is an average of 5-stars for the actual installation and work quality, and 3-stars for their customer service.

We decided to go with Alexander Exteriors to replace all of the windows in our house. During the quoting and selection process, they were extremely helpful and responsive. We very much enjoyed working with Alicia. However, once we finalized our windows and they received our first payment, communication and updates from them pretty much stopped entirely. Our window installation ended up being two months past the original planned timeframe, which is understandable due to production delays as a result of COVID. But my gripe is that it was like pulling teeth getting any sort of update from them. Each time we missed an estimated delivery window, they wouldn't even reach out to us to let us know - it just came and went. Every single instance, I had to reach out to them to ask why there was delay after delay after delay versus them keeping us updated and informed.

We finally got the windows installed and installation went great and we are very pleased with the end result and were satisfied by the professionalism and skill level of the installers. 5-stars for that!

However, even after the windows were installed, we didn't receive one single call or email from anyone at Alexander Exterior asking how the installation went or if we were satisfied with the results. The only communication we received was, "Here's the remainder of your invoice". This whole process really made us feel like once they had our money, they were "in" and didn't care as much about maintaining good communication because we were already locked into a contract. It was honestly quite disheartening. Would easily have given 5-stars if not for the sub-par customer service and communication.

Brian took care of all my home needs and saw it through to the very end. After many issues with the insurance and mortgage company. Brian stood tall and spoke with both of them on my behalf and fought them to get everything done when the insurance company didn't want to do anything but paint over the holes and dents and defects or replace one panel. Brian and Jeson were great working with me and staying in contact with me. After the work got started, His team knocked out of my house and make made sure nails and other hazards were disposed of. When I say I'm already recommended to my friends and family I stand by this company and all its hard work.
I trusted Brian with my biggest investment and he knocked the project out of the park.

Alexander exteriors helped me with new gutters originally. They did a great job and it was a pleasure working with them. Because so, I needed new windows and hired them for this job as well. Their team was excellent in helping me to choose the windows I wanted. They were very responsive and the new windows look great. I have been very pleased with their service. We used Alexander Exteriors for new shingles after ours were damaged in a hail storm. We worked with Brian, who lives in our town. At a time where companies from out of state were descending on our neighborhood knocking on doors with high pressure pitches (sign this contract and use us....now), I was VERY cautious about finding the right contractor. I called Brian after seeing a post on the Nextdoor app promoting his local company. He came to our house, surveyed the damage, answered all my questions and set expectations. I never felt pressured or annoyed by any sales pitches or condescension. The work was done promptly, on-time and exactly as we discussed. Brian came to the job site several times to check in with the workers and make sure everything was going well. In addition he is very well versed in the new COVID protocols and worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Could not have gone better. I highly recommend their services and will use them again if need arises.

They were great, jobs always look fantastic. We wire lots of deciding jobs for these guys, they use the proper boxes so your light fixtures mount properly and the wiring is safe. Great overall quality, I recommend them over almost anyone.

I wanted to replace my sliding patio door. I went to a box store and they insisted I order a custom size, but by my measurements a stock door fit just fine with about a 1 inch gap all the way around. I found a family friend that agreed and said he would put it in for us. Then corona hit. I finally gave up waiting for him to do it. I called about 10 different places to install and no body would do it because I did not purchase the door from their company. I finally found Alexander Exteriors. They agreed to install the door. They are lifesavers. Not sure what it would have looked like if I had put it in myself. Now it looks great, fits great. They even came out a week later because I was a chicken to push the door too hard. They were great.

I worked first with Allicia, then with Jasen to buy a front door and get it installed (there was another gentlemen who worked with Jasen to actually install the door- I can't remember his name, but he did good work). They were very responsive and professional, and I feel that I got good quality for the price.

I've worked with both Brian and Jasen and they both truly have your best interest in mind when doing work. I couldn't recommend them more! They have great response time, even in times of this pandemic we're all in.

They had the best price, they were able to complete the job earlier than the others, and Allicia provided one of the best sales experiences I have ever encountered. She was the only sales representative to find the dimension stickers on the old windows that were replaced, much more knowledgeable regarding window products than most others, clearly explained all my options, and very promptly responded to any questions/concerns I had throughout the process. Absolutely awesome experience. Got the job done earlier than they expected and for less money - and the quote was already super competitive. They even hooked me up with great people for stuff they couldn't help me with, like a chimney tuck-point. If I ever need anything done to my house again they will absolutely be my first call. Brian and his team not only took on the residing project of my 120 year old house, but they crushed it! Other contractors I had over to bid on the project weren't interested because of the potential issues of taking an old house down to its underlayment and restoring.
There were a number of issues with my house as the project began. First of all, there were 2 layers of siding. The original lap siding with lead paint, and the over layer of asbestos shingles. The abatement wasn't cost prohibitive, but it did reveal that some of my windows were installed when there was only one layer of siding, and some while there was two. Thus my windows were all set at different depths. You'd never guess it looking at the finish job!
The eaves were built with minimal structure 120 years ago, so Brian's team added necessary structure to accept the new siding. Oh yea, I got Hardie Board! Brian and his team as especially qualified to install Hardie, and are endorsed by Hardie Board directly.
They also added a couple of new exteriors doors, as well as gutters on the whole place. They also resided and added gutters to my garage.
My house went from being a rough-looking, and under maintained building to a beautiful crown jewel on the corner of my street. I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out, and get compliments from folks walking by all the time. "House Proud" doesn't begin to describe how I feel. Thank you Alexander Exteriors! I was referred to Brian by one of my friends, whom I trust a lot and owns multiple duplexes in Minneapolis. I could not be more pleased with my choice, the experience of the overall process, and the final result. My new roof looks gorgeous and the brand new white gutters that were installed (Brian's idea) were well worth the extra money. Brian made close to ten trips to my house to meet with me and go over all of the details and foresee the progress during the roofing. He is very prompt to respond to any questions and easy to work with. His crew had to work during some unbearable Summer weather, but a lot of debris was scattering into my neighbor's yards which had me a bit worried. Brian and his crew were wonderful. I'm THRILLED with how our window wraps look and Brian came in exactly on budget, finished on time, and the workmanship was superlative.
