Tripp Supply

First time in this place and we definitely will be back. We were impressed with the variety and how much inventory they carry. After looking at Home Depot and TSC we found exactly what we needed for plumbing parts. They have clothing,boots, gardening, woodstove supplies, everything electrical, plumbing ect. Also they carry alot of tools and such. The young man that helped us was polite and helpful.

Called this place cause I googled hardware stores in Batesville and this store came up I called just to ask a simple question. If they carried sticky baseboards you would have thought I was asking if they sold milk. Amy was rude just saying won't shop here. People shouldn't answer business phones when they don't know how speak to customers. And I would give 0 stars if I could. This is why these stores are closing. Poor/No customers service.

I went to Home Depot first as it wasn't far from my work, however no one would help me, after asking 3 times! I went to Tripps, and the staff were very quick and helped me with what I was looking for. I will go to Tripps first before I'd go anywhere else!

Tripps has just about anything you need for the home or garden as well as lots of other products. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful

Theresa did an awesome job matching the paint color I wanted. She went above and beyond. Always had help finding whatever I needed. Nice people.

Great selection of hardware and many other items. They are open 7 days a week. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Competition told us they would not have what we were looking for. We found exactly what we needed easily and had no issues.

Been shopping there for years,great staff except for one of the upper escalan.ed is a total jerk and don't know half of what the others know but he thinks he is the smartest there.just about always rude and acts mad if you ask for help.i would not shop there if it wasn't for Marcus,Kerry,Teresa,Bob,and I can't remember the other tall man's name,always ask for one of them people if you need help

Courtesy very helpful, old school hardware store easy to find what you need, posted signs such toilet seats or had display of screws and sizes so wouldn't have to look through the box

They usually have what you need, and if you ask the more experienced associates, if you can describe what you’re trying to do, they know what you need. Best selection of fasteners in town and they have the specialty hardware items you won’t find anywhere else.
