Excellent service staff is attentive,quick response, exceeded the repair time by 2 hours, so grateful Everette bought this company from Mark Martin, they have none of those qualities.

Everyone there was great to work with! Jackson helped us through every step of the way to get the right vehicle financed for us and answered probably 500 random questions for me. Ken was very thorough in explaining all the digital aspects of the new 2025 Kia Carnival so we felt comfortable leaving the lot with it- and there are so many bells and whistles that we needed a short class! Everyone was even great & friendly with my chaotic children while we completed paperwork. I had to have three recalls taken care of on my 2011. KIA Optima. I made my appointment one month out. They told me the parts needed for recalls needed to be ordered and it would take a couple of weeks. I called back to ck to see if the. Parts came in. They told they did receive the parts I asked if they could make sure they put my name on all the parts so that no one else would take and use them.
My appointment was March 31st for 2pm reason being is I was driving in from Mountain Home, AR. I called that morning on my break and asked if I could come sooner,reason being is a dear friend passed away and they were having a memorial service for her that day. When I arrived at the service dpt. They were very helpful and professional.
Took excellent care of my car and the recalls. Although I had to drive from Mountain Home it was worth the wait.

Wyatt was a great salesman. Didn’t push us to buy any particular Sportage. He showed us all the x-lines on the lot that we had decided had most everything we wanted on a vehicle. We were looking at the different colors when we spotted a beautiful Prestige. He said it was marked down and had everything on it plus more. I was very excited for him to give us a quote. I gave him an idea of how much I was willing to spend to make the trade. He checked with his manager, came back with an explanation of the process they went through to give us a good deal on our trade in and final price on the Sportage Prestige. Viola! We made the purchase. As it was past closing time, we asked if we could come back for him show us how to operate all of the awesome features it has. He was more than willing to stay as long as needed to show us everything we needed to know, but we were ready to get home so we chose a day to come back for a tutorial. Wyatt was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I will recommend him and Mark Martin KIA to all my friends, family and anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car! Thomas Lott, did an amazing job getting the car we wanted for the right price. One thing I will say about Thomas Lott is that he is a man of his word and that means a lot these days. Not only did Thomas have exceptional customer service, but Alan the finance manager, made the entire financial portion so seamless with a lot less fluff! I just want Mark Martin to know that these are the type of quality professionals he needs to hire , in order to get more customers in the door and to have more customers come back. We went in having an idea of which car we wanted but Wyatt made sure we left with exactly the car we needed for our family! We love the car, all of the features, the color of the outside, overall just everything. Wyatt sat down and made sure we understood what all the buttons and features meant in the car before we even decided we wanted to buy it. We were left with no questions because he covered every single one of them. We will definitely be back in some years to upgrade the family car, such a great place to buy from and the people were very helpful and worked well with us!

We were very pleased with our time at MMKia. Mike, our salesperson ( I suggest you request him!), was respectful of our requests. He showed us exactly what we requested in our budget. He did not try to “up-sell” on the our bottom dollar amount by working payments. We actually left another dealership for that reason. The individual completing finances was great as well. He layed out a couple options explaining pro/con of each and again did not try to add on other items.
Respectful of individual needs is paramount in trusting a person and a company.

I drive 2 hours each way to get my Niro serviced there. It's well worth the drive, to know that it will be well taken care of is priceless to me!
