Trim Works was a pleasant company to work with and created a great experience for us! We had a complicated situation with our project that they were more than happy to accommodate. Randy was willing to work midnight shifts so that our business amenities could remain open during the day. Trim Works demoed both of our old dry saunas and rebuilt them in just 14 days. Randy and his crew met all the timelines and lead times we had agreed upon. We are getting outstanding reviews on the new saunas from our members and guests. Randy added on to my horse’s run-in shed, adding 2 additional stalls, replacing two doors and adding a third door. Then the entire building was wrapped in metal. The two guys he had on his crew were super polite, knowledgeable and hard-working.
Randy shows up when he says he will and gets the job done. The addition he did is much better than the original building and added many years to the life of the building.
Randy knows how to build. He is creative and was able to see my vision and improve on it.
I especially appreciated their conscientiousness when it came to cleaning everything up before they left each day. They picked up every bit of debris, nails, screws, etc., so the horses didn’t step on anything or swallow anything they shouldn’t.
At the end, the bill was exactly what he bid - no hidden charges, no, “Well we ran into this and this which added to the cost”.
Randy does a good job and you can trust him. I would hire him again.

Had the most wonderful experience with this contractor after struggling to find someone to do my carpentry stair installation job. Offered meaningful insight in how to improve our design and worked diligently to make everything precise. His level of detail and concern was as if he was working on his own home. The crew was clean and polite. Would highly recommend and hope to work with this contractor again.
