I made order on Thursday was told it would be 4 to 5 business day's call today Wednesday and was informed that my order was out of stock and they don't know when it would be in so a courtesy call from them would have been nice to let me know but since they already have my money why bother just let my project wait to get finish when ever

This establishment seems to be well run and nice to do business with. Plenty of stock and expertise. I'm not a roofing contractor however I'm guessing that the pros use this place almost exclusively.

From my limited visit. They appeared to have there stuff together... You drive inside the building to load and that keeps you out of the weather. Strapping stuff down. It looked like they keep a good inventory. Overall decent place

I will never bring business back to this place. Rude customer service. I was trying to bring back a transactional pieces before I say anything Cody said we can't take them back. He have an aggressive attitude. Poor way to make business I have 10 more buildings to do but my business go to somewhere else...

They usta be real nice an friendly in the begining, employees are nice... You dont get on to your employees for trying to do there job an then be a lil hatefull to ur customer an just repeat what u said when they try to tell u what there looking for... I guess when u get money being nice or helpfull to ur customer goes out the door. We've bought off them off an on durring the years but i belive i need to take my buisness elce wheres an as for all the people i recomend to go here ill tell them of other places to go...

fair prices, kinda, started at $2856, went to $3583, then to $3688. after all was said and done, spent over $4600, they don't quote you for all the materials that are needed to do a proper installation. was informed that all contractors don't always do drip edge or edge guard. if you know what all you need and go in with your own measurements, with a little luck, you may not have to go back and order more hardware or panels or trim, etc, good luck

Have been buying from Triad corrugated metal for several years. They have excellent staff and when there is a mistake on there part they always go above and beyond to make it right. Thanks TCM

A “roofer” installed a Triad Corrugated Metal product (26 AG galvalume) on my house late last year. There have been two leaks since the installation—but the “workmanship” of the installation isn’t what leads me to this review. It’s the fact that when we sent Metal Roof NC a roof inspection report, a Triad representative came with him to my house to look at the issues in the inspection report. Issues such as: crooked screws, overdriven screws, panels not square to the eaves. Panels that had to pulled up at the eave around the entire roof because the installers neglected to use the solid inner closures. The rake at the Southwest gable is literally missing all of the screws at the peak. There are crushed panels, panels popping up, multiple drip edge pieces that are crushed and/or miss-formed, and so on. According to the installer, James Brougham of Metal Roof NC, Triad Corrugated manager and rep gave a “thumbs up on the job.” Mr. Brougham could not provide me with written documentation showing this “thumbs up” and an email my wife copied to Triad went unanswered. So either someone at Triad approved a craptastic installation or the installer isn’t being honest. It’s impossible for me to say.
I am so angry that I have to give this review any stars .
