We recently worked with Ben at Tri-State Roofing to replace our roof and install new windows, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

The new roof looks amazing and the windows have completely transformed both the look and feel of our home. Not only do they look great, but we’ve noticed how much quieter and more comfortable the house feels.

Ben really made the process so easy. He explained every step and kept us updated throughout. He was always happy to answer any of my many questions!!

Ben and the team at Tri-State Roofing Solutions are the sole reason my wife and I were able to replace ALL the windows in our entire house. We couldn't be happier. First, we had Lowes out to look at replacing just one window. They quoted us over $1300! That was ridiculous. After that, we started reaching out to individual installers, but they were all poor at communicating with us. They would start the process and then ghost us. Finally, I found Tri-State. From beginning to end, Ben communicated consistently, set clear deadlines, and priced everything fairly. He handled ordering custom, locally-built windows and picked them up. On top of that, he let us add work items to our project as we went. Tri-State ended up doing our windows, new front door and storm door, bathroom crown moulding, and fixed a leaky gutter. We called tri state roofing after our last contractor no showed us leaving a leaking ceiling. Wish we would’ve called Ben at tri state first. Tri-state Roofing Solutions did an amazing job. Worked on the roof flashing and repaired cracks on chimney to stop leaking. Also installed new seamless gutters . Thank you for everything.

Ben is awesome! I regularly flip houses (so I deal with contractors often), but had Ben come out to fix a roof leak on my primary residence. He communicated well and showed up on time (both of which can be rare for contractors). He explained the problem he suspected was causing the leak, everything he was going to do to repair it, and changes that needed to be made once he got into it. His price was competitive with other contractors. I genuinely have no negative feedback, and will be using him again, hopefully often!

I'm very grateful for them. They was very willing answer all my questions with out making you feeling awkward. They are willing to show what they have done and explain their work.

Ben and the crew at Tri-State were professional and safety-conscious. They estimated our roof replacement materials and cost with precision. The crew tore off and replaced the shingles in three days, working from dawn to dusk. They left the church parking lot and grounds spotless!

Ben returned to complete the sheet metal and rubber work as agreed, as his crew went on to their next job.

I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars. My elderly parents have been looking for someone to fix a downspout issue for several years and could not find a company who would return their telephone calls. I contacted Ben and he provided the utmost professional service. He came to their house for the repair on a Saturday! I would highly recommend Tri-State and cannot be more pleased with their outstanding service. Ben quoted them a reasonable price before starting the job and did not take advantage of them! It is very difficult to find an honest/reliable company these days!
