Everything about my experience was great and I would highly recommend! They took care of everything with my insurance company so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was always kept up to date and had everything explained to me from start to finish. They took a stressful situation and removed the stress which was greatly appreciated!

When a hail storm came through, my grandmothers (96 years old) house was severely damaged. The insurance company only wanted to pay for less than half of what the estimate(s) from multiple contractors to repair the damages from this storm. John came out as soon as I contacted him and was incredibly helpful. I told him what the insurance wanted to pay for repairs and he went to “war” with the insurance for my grandmother. John took in depth photos and sent them with descriptions to insurance. He went back and forth to get all repairs covered by insurance. John was the main reason why my grandmothers house got a new roof, siding, gutters/down spouts, and windows. John was always available for updates/questions and was eager to help. Work was done quickly and efficiently and the house looks great.

Keith Kelley and Skye Restoration helped us replace our roof after storm damage and worked seamlessly with our insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly. If I had any questions (even just a minor one) he was always just a phone call or text away and responded very quickly. From start to finish, Sky restoration and Keith made us feel like our house was a priority, even when they were extremely busy, and our roof was done in a timely manner. The roof looks beautiful and Keith made sure to check in and make sure we were 100% satisfied with everything, as it was happening and after the roof was finished. I cannot recommend them enough!

Skye Restoration did an amazing job replacing the roof on our house. Keith made the entire process flow seamlessly from working with the insurance adjuster, to planning, and through completion. During a severe hail storm, our house took a severe beating. Roof damage gutter damage downspout damage window damage siding damage. Skye restoration. Put a flyer in my door. When I called him, he was still in the town, he immediately came over, had a ladder, and we looked at all the damage together. When the insurance adjuster came to my house, Skye was right there to make sure he didn’t miss anything, which helped us to get the maximum on our claim. Sky wrote out a quote of everything he was going to do & cost per item being repaired.
Sky repaired all the above mentioned, laborers, work well together, very professional workers. Anything I notice, they were more than willing to make it to my satisfaction. And when the work was 100% complete, sky helped me to get the money from the insurance company so I could pay him in full.
We have never had a claim we’re we needed a contractor to do repairs. With all said, and done., We are more than satisfied. I personally want to thank Sebastian who is sky‘s representative. The outside of our house is completely brand new. You can’t ask for better results than this. Skye, thank you.

I don’t write many reviews. We had golf ball sized hail last Nov and literally almost every house in Perryopolis had roof and siding damage. We decided to go with Skye Restoration to do the repairs. They completed EVERYTHING in 4 days, including a new roof, chimney removal, new vinyl siding, all new soffit and fascia, and new gutters and downspouts. I know a lot of people around town that had to wait weeks in between getting their roof done and other repairs because the companies they went with subcontracted their work out to other people.
As far as the quality of the work, I had VERY FEW issues and anything I pointed out was promptly resolved. We own an older house that was in dire need of an exterior makeover and the finished result was nothing short of a miracle. It’s not perfect, but that is to be expected - both with an older house where nothing is plum or square, and with any contractor. I am a builder with 25+ years of experience and take great pride in my work.
Price-wise I would say that they are on the more expensive end of the spectrum. But after seeing work on other people’s houses, including my brother, and hearing about all of the problems that some people had, I would say the old adage “you get what you pay for” holds true. And if you pay Skye Restoration, you won’t be disappointed in the results.
Shout out to Keith! He was our sales manager and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous, flexible, and punctual. He made the whole process as stress free as possible and was quick to answer any questions or concerns He was always available via phone/text and if he wasn’t he would always get back to you in a timely fashion. John was so professional and easy to work with. He made the process of a new roof a breeze. He also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. No corners were cut and he made sure to replace any rotted wood that I didn't know existed. The staff was swift and cleaned up everything when they were done. A little over 2 years ago, they helped me by working with my insurance company to get me a new roof. They were prompt in their original appointment to replace my roof, and installed it quickly and efficiently. The clean-up after was outstanding. Because I live in a very windy area over-looking the Mon River and high on a hill, the new roof recently suffered new damage due to high winds. I called and they immediately responded to inspect the new damage. They ordered new shingles and as soon as they were in came and fixed the new damage with no charge to me. Again, the people were courteous and professional. Again the clean-up was terrific. I'd recommend Skye to anyone who needs a new roof!

Sebastian handled everything from initial inspection, contacting my insurance company with me, scheduling, making sure everything was here before they started and overseeing the repairs and keeping me informed. He is even handling the finalization with my insurance. They were finished 2 days early. My house looks beautiful. They did both roof and siding. I would highly recommend Skye Restoration.

Very great and professional team. All questions were answered in a timely manner and all concerns were addressed professionally. The process of roof replacement was very smooth and completed in one day. Our property manager, John, checked the house after roof completion and no complaints. Do not sleep on this company. John was there for us every step of the way. He answered every question, came to every inspection and was so great at talking with our insurance. The customer service was above and beyond. Once insurance was squared away, our roof was scheduled within two days and completed in one day. Long story short, ask for John if you need a roof because he will do all of the insurance heavy lifting for you and it’s going to give you so much peace of mind.

I had a roof installed by Skye Restoration last Friday. My home is roughly 1300sqft and the roof was able to be fully replaced in a single day. They had very competitive pricing and were able to perform the replacement within weeks of providing me with a quote. The new roof looks great, and I am very happy with the quality of work. Keith was a pleasure to work with and was very attentive to any questions I had regarding the process.

Had them come check out our roof as we had several leaks from the previous days of heavy rains. We were sure we needed a new roof. They were very reasonable and thorough. They were very professional and conscientious with the debris from our old roof. Project was completed in one day and completely cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them.
