These guys are the best! They were extremely professional, they ALWAYS show up and cleaned up daily so that it doesn’t even feel like a major renovation is going on in the middle of our house. There were also no hidden charges that we were stuck with at the end of the job. I am in love with how my main bathroom turned out!

Excellent carpentery on raised ranch stair replacement - both interior levels—- work was performed in a timely manner at a very fair price.
Clean up was done every day and no hidden extra charges , price was as quoted in writing at beginning.

Honestly a great experience. We did a kitchen remodel of our counter top and backsplash. Dave was guiding us and advising us each step of the way from choosing plumbing fixtures, quartz counter top install, removing our existing counters,repairing drywall and painting. Dave installed our tile backsplash that looks totally amazing and actually transformed the entire look of the kitchen. We would hire him again because he always available and responsive and the quality of his work is outstanding!

I contracted TriState Renovations to tear out and rebuild an old , damp, musty large walk in closet in my basement. Dave and JC came in and created a very usable clean room . The job entailed , waterproofing, insulation, new sheet-rock for the walls and ceiling , flooring , electrical outlets, switches and lighting . We had all the materials on site when the job started ( no unnecessary trips to Home Depot) All aspects of the job were completed timely and professionally right down to the painting , caulking and molding. I would definitely recommend Dave and TriState to my friends and neighbors. No job too big , they specialize in all types of carpentry , bathrooms , kitchens all electrical , plumbing, and tile .....Dependable, fair, local

The level of service we received from Tri State Renovations was absolutely incredible. Not only was Dave and his team prompt and did a steller job with painting our hallway and stairway but they really went above and beyond the call of duty with patching and painting my daughter's room. We used Tri State Renovations to put up a wood plank wall in our office. The end result looked amazing. We Will definitely use Tri State again for future projects. David and his team had quite a challenge installing two new doors in our crooked little house built in the 1920s. In a newer home, I'm sure the task would have been much easier. We got a few quotes, and David's was very fair. When he went to Home Depot to pick up the doors, one door had a dent in it. We told him we didn't mind, since it was for the basement, but he went out of his way to drive to another HD 45 mins away to pick up a perfect door. We really appreciated that attention to detail. We definitely plan to use him again for future projects!

I need several projects done at my home and when I spoke to Dave he took his time to evaluate each one and give me great estimates comparing to other contractors he anand his crew are very cordial, neat,and punctual will definitely recommend ti state for all your projects

Staff was prompt and carried out the project within a reasonable amount of time. Work came out wonderful. 5/5 would reccomend.

Considering the small size of my project, David was very generous
with his time and expertise. He explained the work in detail and he had
a firm grasp of the needs of the job. He looked at the big picture and
developed a sequential plan to address the problem. We developed a
mutually comfortable working relationship. Bottom line: he did the job
he said he would do with minimal inconvenience (and dirt) to me.

My father was an amazing carpenter so I always have extremely high standards and expectations when hiring. I decided to hire Dave to do an extensive office renovation, the job was complicated and needed to be done within a tight budget and time frame, his work exceeded my expectations and came in under budget, his attention to detail is second to none I was very impressed! I will use him again in the future and always recommend him to anyone needing contracting work. He is the best of the best!

Dave and his crew from Tri-State Renovations were absolutely amazing! Genuinely nice people and very professional.
