Derek and I have worked together on many different jobs, primarily cleaning up patios/ walkways to there former glory so that we can repolysand/ seal them, helping to extend the life for years to come. We reached out to Derek about a job we were on that needed to be cleaned up asap. He was on-site the next day making sure everything looked like new. Can't recommend him and his company enough.

Did an online quote on their website, got a generic response through email, a few days go by I give them a call to make sure they received my information and to book a gutter cleaning. Spoke with Derek who is really nice and I felt great about booking an appointment with them. He said I’d receive a confirmation through email. A couple of weeks go by I don’t get a text or email confirmation but figured it’d maybe be the day before my appointment. I don’t get any confirmation the day before the appointment so I decided to call, left them a voicemail as well as a text message. They did respond to my text saying they would be there the following day between 10:30am-1:30pm. The following day comes around I’m waiting and waiting so I text the same number back at around 1pm asking if they had an ETA, I get no response to the text and they simply didn’t show up, I never got a text, call or email explaining why they didn’t show up. I get it, things come up, i would’ve had no problem rescheduling but the fact that I never got any response is so frustrating since I had waited weeks for this appointment. I decided to book their services because of the great reviews they had and was left disappointed. I am sure they’re great people and their good reviews are a reflection of that, but communication needs improvement.

Derek was so responsive and professional. My house looks amazingly clean. He was on time and very personable. I would definitely recommend Tri -State and I will use them again.

Having done my own for the last 3 pressure washes of my house, I'm familiar with both the effort as well as expected outcome. Derek was professional, courteous and friendly...he exceeded my expectations in that even the trouble spots (especially gutters) were clean and uniform...there were no overlooked hidden spots or crevasses. I'm sure I'll call him again when it's time and would his service for anyone needing a thorough house washing.

Go with them, you won't regret it. We had an issue with our homeowner's insurance demanding a roof treatment to be completed in January. Derek was responsive and honest about how to help. He came out on a milder January day and completed the treatment for our roof at a price more than 30% lower than the only other place willing to come out for a quote (who wouldn't do the work until at least April). Will definitely use again and recommend!
