We manage multiple large, and medium-scale commercial buildings and we have moved all our roofing business to Tri-State over the years. Steve and his team did a wonderful job at our facility. The Angel Nyack is an arts & event venue in a historic former church with all sorts of flat and pitched roof issues. One spot had been plaguing the church for years. Stu & his crew are total professionals - and sleuths! They figured it out (in the coldest winter we've had for years no less!) and stopped the water from coming into a critical hallway and bathroom entrance area. We can now proceed with all the other planned renovations. So that both performers and couples who are planning to get married will have a pretty spot to get ready :-)
