We were trying to match millwork (baseboard, mouldings, doors, etc.) for our basement to the main level, which we had remodeled a few years before. The original millwork vendor no longer offered the stain color we used during the original remodel and does not provide matching services. After hitting a number dead ends with a few other vendors in the Minneapolis area over the course of months & months, I was referred to Tri-County by a friend who also had a great experience working with them with a project/needs similar to mine.

Gregg & team worked with me to carefully identify the correct wood species, find a nearly identical match in stain from a library of color options. Once we identified a possible match, I was sent a sample of the stain on the species of wood we intended to use to ensure an acceptable match.

Gregg then worked with me to ensure, before ordering, that all pieces were the proper dimensions/measurements and that we had appropriate quantities for our project.

When our order arrived, we weren't quite ready for materials/delivery. Tri-County offered to delay delivery/hold our materials a few days until we were ready for them.

The millwork has since been installed and everything looks amazing! I'm so glad we found Tri-County and will definitely be using them for any future lumber and millwork needs!!!
