I had a great referral from a close friend to contact Trake roofing. I did and it's been top-class service ever since. James came out today (yes, on a Sunday) to check the damaged area on my roof and to check the rest of the for more damage. If you have a roof that needs to be repaired or if you need a new one, you won't go wrong calling Trake Roofing!

Had a sliding door glass pane shattered for unknown reason. Trake provided repairs quickly and done in a professional manner. Very pleased with the service.

I was referred to Trake Construction by a high school friend, now neighbor. I could not have been more pleased with the way the whole process went. Initially, we were only offered 4k for our claim. James (Owner of Trake), talked me through the whole process and said be patient, it will get done. We had a second inspection and the claim was approved! After it was all complete, we received over 42k for repairs. We had quite a bit of work done so one thing to remember, it’s going to take some time, be patient. Some of the work done included refinishing the front door, some new windows due to broken seals, and larger gutters due to the pitch of the roof. The biggest project was obviously the roof and the biggest bang for the buck! James recommended a Class 4 shingle. Not only is this an upgrade to our current shingle, we were able to save over $1200 on our new homeowners policy! Overall, the process was very smooth. James was very communicative from beginning to end. Even while we were waiting on insurance to approve the claim, James would check in at a minimum every couple of days. I would highly recommend Trake Construction for any project and am truly appreciative of the work they did.

There have been multiple times that I have used his services for my home. From putting a new roof, to painting the house , to putting up a new fence. No job was to big or small . We were extremely lucky to be referred to James with Trake Roofing! James led the charge in getting our roof replaced, new gutters and 2 new HVAC’s. The insurance claim started at $24,000 and with James further assessing the damage it was $54,000. We had never heard of replacing HVAC’s through insurance but much to our dismay James initially identified there was hell damage with the coils inside the outside units. He is very detailed with determining the full extent of the damage and worked closely with us on our options for replacing the damaged items. His crew is also top notch and they also aim to please. We consider what James did for us a blessing and strongly recommend Trake Roofing and Construction!

I am so pleased with the results. Our insurance initially only gave me $3500 worth of coverage but when James and his team went to work the final payment came out to over $51,000. That is so incredibly amazing and his company is the best in the business. Would definitely recommend his company to anyone who needs get their roof done the right way.

If you need a roof, call James Denton. My daughter and son -in-law used him and highly recommended him. Sergio and his helpers did a wonderful job. They were very nice and when they were finished they left the yard very clean.James went around with large magnet to make sure no nails were left behind. I live all the way in Pottsboro and he lives in Rockwall so no job is too far away.

James did exactly what he said he would. He helped me through every aspect of my repair. I was able to get my roof on my house, shop, and my central air unit covered under my home owners coverage. The repairs were done in a timely manner. James, most importantly is a trustworthy person. I will go with him for any future work.

Received a note from a "questionable" roofing company that my roof needed repair so I checked with Trake and they were able to respond quickly and checked and gave me an okay much to my relief. Am very glad I checked with them.

James came out shortly after we contacted him. He inspected the attic for signs of leaks and inspected the roof. He showed pictures of the issue and provided a quote for the completed job. He performed the work the same day and again provided pictures of his work and described what he had done - for the same exact quote he also touched up a couple other minor items we hadn't discussed. I really appreciate him respecting my timeline as we are putting on house on the market this week. This is the second time we have used Trake construction over the years. I really like their professionalism and easy to talk to and get a fair reasonable price for the entire job. I was in need of a new roof this year after my original roof began to deteriorate after 14 storm seasons. I looked at several different companies and chose Trake in the end. Was I happy?? Absolutely!!!

1. Trake is extremely professional in everything he does from initial consultation all the way through to the end of the job.
2. James had the ability to see several items that I did not notice and worked with my insurance company to get all of those items repaired.
3. Trake was always on time and did what they said they were going to do.
4. This is probably the most important part...ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I have never worked with a contractor that put this much attention to detail in any project that they have worked on for me. James (the owner) was at my house the morning after the roof was installed by himself vacuuming my yard and rolling it with a magnet for nails...not a crew member, but the owner of the company!! That is simply fantastic.
5. During the process of doing this, I had other things I needed to get done, and James recommended several of his subs to me so I could contract them to complete those jobs. All of his subs were absolutely top notch is everything that they did.

We wondered why so many houses in our neighborhood had Trake Construction signs out front. Now that we have used them for a job, we get it. They were friendly, timely, honest, careful, and thorough. Everything was done to our satisfaction, and they even thought of things we wouldn't have. For example, when they put a new vent pipe on our roof, they even took the extra time to spray-paint it so it would look better. They will definitely be our first call when the time comes to get a new roof or other construction project.

James and his crew are honest contractors. I had a roof put on house 3 years ago. I called James because I wanted reference to have house painted inside. They came out and suggested I wait. Inside doesn't need to be painted. It will be good for couple of more years. I was so relieved that he was honest enough to tell me to wait because it will be costly to get all the painting done. James and his team at Trake have done exterior and interior work on my home - from replacing the roof after the appearance of a leak to refreshing my garage interior. The quality and value of work has been very good and every interaction with James and his team has been a great experience. Throughout these jobs, two things have really stood out to me that highlight James' professionalism. First, if he does not know how to do something he will be upfront and say it. He will call in somebody with expertise instead of trying to fake it or wing it. Second, he will notice and call out any work that was missed or isn't quite up to his standard. Then he will make it right. Often, he has pointed cosmetic issues that I hadn't seen or that I didn't really think was a problem. I would highly recommend Trake without hesitation!

Honest, trustworthy and reliable company. We highly recommend them. We were selling our home; and one week before closing, a hail storm hit. We were concerned with roof damage. Trake inspected our roof and put together a thorough report that showed no repairs were necessary. His truthfulness won the acceptance of our realtors/lender's appraiser, and they were able to proceed with closing, using his documentation. We found out later that other roofers were misrepresenting damage on homes in our neighborhood, and we were very thankful we found a company that operated with the highest amount of integrity.

I met James in 2016 and worked with him to replace my roof following a severe hail storm. James explain the repair process in detailed and worked with my insurance through each phase of the work. For example, James worked with my insurance adjuster to cover damage that was not part of their initial estimate. I was very pleased with the results of James' work and I recommended him to several friends and neighbors affected by the hails storm. I know that several worked with him on their new roofs too.

Recently, I had some water damage on the ceiling and James was at my house the next day to help identify the source of the problem and discuss solutions. James has always been personable and has sometimes shared details about his personal life, but he remained professional and never crossed the line with me. Trake was very responsive and professional for a gutter repair job that was a little smaller than is normal for a gutter company to do. Our gutters were replaced a year ago after the Dallas tornado and since then had one small piece damaged. Trake was willing to do the job at a fair price and it was completed quickly and professionally. I would recommend Trake to friends and family!

Trake Construction built a steel fence for our back yard. James quoted us a very good price and built a beautiful fence. His team did an excellent job and left the yard neat and clean.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!! I was contacted by James who is the owner of Trake construction, after searching thru Home Advisor for a roofing company. He started out going to do a fantastic job with the best quality & workmanship, including upgrading 25 yr shingles with 30 yr Owen's Corning shingles among other things at no extra charge. Most roofers will do that by the way. It's no bonus like he wants you to believe.

Then after he quoted me a price for the "duration" line shingle he sent me a link to, it was going to be more expensive so it would be the "oak ridge" line which was not as good of quality.

Then he started telling me about his personal problems with his daughter & new truck payments.

Then the price started going up because of the number of "hips & ridges" on my roof.

The same hips & ridges that were there when he was out here the first 2 times and quoted the price for the job.

Another problem I had was the fact he could finish the job in 7-8 hours. I would rather you you take the time to slow down and do a good quality job.

Fantastic, stress free experience. James and his team did an excellent job installing my gutters. They spent more time concerned about how good of a job they did and not the paycheck at the end. They truly cared about getting the job done right. I appreciated James pressure free sales tactics and the time he took to give me tips and pointers about future projects I told him I was interested in.

I wish to thank James and his team from Trake Construction for the wonderful job that they did to replace my 23 year old roof. The replacement and clean-up only took one day and about 3 hours the next.

We found out the house we were about to purchase had hail damage during general home inspection. We called Trake Construction, and Jame from Trake came immediate to inspect the roof. He found a lot of hail damage on the roof and took lot of pictures to proof it. We were able to have the seller to claim their insurance to get the roof replaced. The Trake team did a great job on the roof. James went out of his way to make sure everything was done right and on time before our final walk through. I highly recommend Trake Construction for any roofing needs. Five stars.

James was on site often throughout the day to oversee project. Crew showed up on time, proceeded to tear off old roof, make repairs to sub roof as needed and install new. Very organized and efficient. The crew removed all debris and did no damage to existing plants or shrubs. One day and the work was complete! Beautiful job. Definitely will use again when needed.

I can't say enough about James Denton. He is very personable, kind and knowledgeable. James walked me through the process of getting my roof replaced from start to finish. He was available to come to my home and meet with my insurance adjuster to discuss the damages to my home. James pointed out other issues that were weather related that were not as noticeable to the adjuster. He was patient with me and guided me through making the most appropriate selection of materials needed for my home. James was always available to me and responsive to my many questions. Wow...what a difference it made on electric bill; James at Trake CM Roofing installed my new roof and exhaust system. James explained that the Energy Efficiency of my last roof wasn't the best it could be, detailing the intake rating, temperatures and other things, like, installing a digital thermostat in the attic. My August bill went from $408 last year, to $331 this one...a savings of 20%. They took care of my 50 year shingles, metal roofing, windows, gutters, & fencing and kept me abreast of any delays in the process. I would highly recommend these guys...give them a call.
