The entire job was completed the same day, and everything is excellent. They added a "cricket" peak at the chimney to prevent future leakage there at no extra charge. The crew ensured cleanup was thorough to remove all construction debris including running magnets to find stray nails.

And the roof really looks great!

Had some wind damage that removed a dozen shingles. Brian and his helper showed up when he said he would, and they fixed it for a fair price. Very pleased with Graves professionalism and service.

Getting bids from roofing companies as a female was horrible. I just wanted new shingles slapped on. I am so glad I used Grave’s. Not only did they work with my insurance company but they didn’t try to scam me like the other companies. They also didn’t stop work on the roof for more money because there were issues with the roof needing repair. The best part was it didn’t take all day listening to all the noise while I worked at home. All the people are down home and care.

I've been using Graves Roofing for several years now with excellent results. Started using them for doing small repairs because the shingle work done on the house by the original builder was marginal at best. We would constantly lose shingles every time we got storms with strong winds. So when it came time to replace the entire roof due to hail and wind damage, I called Graves.

Graves recently replaced my roof, gutters, and downspouts (damage from hail storm). The insurance originally only included the roof but Brandon documented that hail damage on the gutters and worked with the adjustor to get the gutters included in the claim. We have a new build and had a hailstorm about eight months ago. We had two other roofers come to our house and tell us we definitely needed a new roof.

When Brian came out he did a thorough inspection and told me that with the new shingles he wouldn't claim it on insurance if it were him, but we should check again in about eight months (since we could still make a claim as long as within a year).

He just came out again and after inspection, he told us we didn't need a new roof. That is unheard of around here. Most roofers try to sell you things you don't need. There is a lot of low-quality work out there since roofers do not need licenses.

I repeatedly here good things about Grave's roofing for their honesty and knowledge, and saw it firsthand when he did not try to sell me something I didn't need.

Rob with Graves roofing came to my house after a bad storm that ripped a 6' x 8' section of shingles off and volunteered to install a free temporary patch to my roof to minimize any further damage until my roof could be replaced even of I didnt choose his company. He was genuine and transparent about everything and when the company replaced the roof the workers were professional and did a great job even with the challenges of getting the equipment on my property with the tight access to my driveway from the alleyway. The roof looks great and we have had no issues through several bad storms since then. The cleanup was thorough and I was only able to find one nail after searching the property. That's pretty good in my book. I am very satisfied. I recommend this company to anyone reading this. Rob thanks again. We need more like you out there.

Edited to add: Rob has also checked in with me several times since the install to make sure everything was satisfactory and even driven out to the house after bad storms to see if the roof had any issues.

We had three roofers come out an inspect our home for hail damage and picked Graves because of Brandon Westphal. He took more time with us than any of our roofers and explained everything to us very well. He even grabbed my son's tennis ball out of the gutter and tossed it down to him just to be kind (none of the other roofers had seen this).

When it came time to do an insurance claim, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He came to our home when the insurance adjuster was doing his walk-through and helped find additional damages which the adjuster missed in his initial assessment.

Brandon has always been responsive and helpful, he saved us time, headache, and money. Based on my experience working with Brandon, I highly recommend Graves roofing!

Was able to locate the damage and didn't just go to "you need a new roof", as many others would do. We thought we had a leak in our roof on Father’s Day we really just wanted someone to come out and put a tarp on it due to more rain being expected that afternoon. Bryan with Graves Roofing came out and took great care of us taking away from his family time.

Before I got a hold of Sean Baldwin, my roof was falling appart, so he came out and looked at my roof he was very professional Sean helped me with my insurance company 3 weeks later after the rain I got my new roof with awesome upgrades. My wife TerriJohnson and I are so excited and we will always recommend Sean and his awesome crew any time .

In April of 2018, Graves repaired some chimney flashing that was leaking during heavy rains. When the team left, the project manager (Jeremy) explained that if the repair did not correct the issue, they would return and correct the issue. The last heavy rain in September of 2018 caused a few dripping leaks in my attic and I requested that they return to correct the flashing. Per their promise, they repaired the flashing and did not charge for their work. I found their team and their adherence to their promise an excellent experience.

Graves Roofing out of Rockwall Texas is the BEST! We suffered damage from the April hail storm of 2018 and Brian personally took care of us and our 1st time roof replacement. His team took care of all the details from the garage door replacement, to the paint on the house, and the windows that need to be replaced due to the hail. His company did an outstanding job and we cannot thank him enough. He was so professional and the companies work ethic is Superior. They started when they committed to and finished when they promised with NO Extras thrown at us at the end. He hires the most professional team and we appreciated their hard work. We have done business with contractors in the past that didn't work out well and we were so refreshed that we found a Great one right here in our neighborhood. He made recommendations for which type of shingles/color/etc and at the same time wasn't pushy about any particular type: it was our roof & gutters, so it was our decision. He was here every day when the crews were here. He was very patient with our questions. The crews were great! They cleaned up the roofing mess, didn't damage any landscaping, and were very good at explaining where they were in the process. Our roof looks fantastic: better than it did before the hail storm! Had a leak over our garage and gave them a call. Josh Ross with graves was out there the next day assessing the situation and putting a patch on until we could get with the insurance company out. Graves were there when the adjusters were there to make sure everything was on the up and up. They made the whole situation run and go as smooth as possible. I had a leak in my roof around my fireplace and I had a tile roof which I was not very educated on.
I called Raz roofing and they came out very quickly to take a look and do an estimate. They were very Professional knowledgeable And had experience with tile roofs. They identified the problem and were back in less than one week to do the repair. They followed up after that to do a water hose Test and make sure the problem was corrected. As far as I’m concerned Graves Roofing set the standard for all other roofing companies to follow. And with the most reasonable quote I received.
