Jessie is excellent. Very professional and very good at his job. Prices are very good and his service is second to none.
I was in a jam with my oil furnace heat going out, and I needed the chimney that services that furnace cleaned asap to get the heat back on. Jessie came through like a champ and make it happen.

Jesse from Chimney Sweep Pro is awesome! We moved into this home about three years ago and never ran the wood stove in our basement. I was really leery about getting it cleaned as I've never had a wood stove before. This will be used recreationally. He was very informative, gave me a rundown on what all of the parts were and he even went as far as to explain on how to use it, what I should and shouldn't do. He made recommendations for things I should get. He inspected it and cleaned it out. He was on time actually, he came early which was unexpected but appreciated! As for the pricing goes he said the prices are a little cheaper in the summer time however I did not feel the amount I paid today was unreasonable! I highly recommend Jesse and Chimney Sweep Pro!

I called Chimney Sweep Pro for an inspection/cleaning Jesse was on time he did a thorough cleaning, he explained his findings through out the process and made recommendations on proper burn technique. Jesse was courteous and very knowledgeable I would highly recommend Chimney Sweep Pro.

I have read through the reviews hoping to add something new but everyone seems to have really nailed the whole experience on the proverbial head. I honestly could make this list very very long but to sum things up, Jesse is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very friendly, on time, prompt, well educated and has an outstanding personality! He took the time to show me what was done previously, what he was doing, why he was doing it and how it would work and not to mention, he left my fireplace cleaner than how he found it (despite my persistence!)

Jesse and Heather are extremely professional, thorough and pleasant to work with! Some of the nicest people I've ever met. Jesse responds to messages quickly and answers all of your questions. Set up appointment time in a timely manner and sent a text the day before confirming the appointment. I asked Jesse to come out for a chimney sweep, cap and reseal my chimney. He found wood rot near my chimney and even provided videos and pictures for me to show to a roofer to get it fixed. He told me he wouldn't seal the chimney since the wood needed to be replaced and the roofer would then seal after replacement, so he wouldn't waste my money. You don't find people like that every day! He went above and beyond what I expected and will only do business with him for now on! You won't go wrong with this company!

After being ghosted by chimney servicers for the past five years or so, we were astounded when we called Chimney Sweep Pro and he scheduled a visit within days - NOT weeks. And then he actually showed up, early! He assessed our problems and went above and beyond by helping with a gutter issue. Our chimney is over-sized, but he had a new cap for us within days (again, NOT weeks) and installed it with no problems whatsoever. As indicated in other reviews, Jesse took the time to educate us about fireplace best practices for our setup (two fireplaces and a wood stove share the chimney). Jesse was early for the appointment, very friendly & extremely informative! We have a gas fireplace and he put a cap on the chimney. He also cleaned the birds nests before capping. His price is fair. It's great to deal with a Professional who is a Local Small Business Owner!

Jesse did a great job and was helpful beyond it, too. He finished fast and without any problems in less than 2 hours. Quick and clean plus he told me the best ways to maintain my fireplace ... what wood to burn, how often to clean it, etc. He also took the time to show me how to operate the big cast iron insert in my basement. Now my whole house can be warm in the winter. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Chimney Sweep Pro!! Jesse was professional, courteous and extreme helpful in dealing with the removal of a dead squirrel from our chimney. He recognized the urgency of the situation and made time on a Saturday to help. He recommended a necessary chimney cap to prevent this from happening again which he will be coming back to install. He even checked in later that evening to make sure all was well and that the pungent smell was gone; after following his suggestions it was! So thankful for Chimney Sweep Pro and Jesse!

I called Jesse on a Friday and told him I was unable to find a company that was not 2 months out. He cleared a spot for me that Monday and worked late to clean/inspect my chimney and wood burning stove that was miss used by previous owners and extremely filthy.
