I highly recommend Steven and T&P for power washing. He recently completed a job doing our driveway and sidewalks, and checked all the boxes that are important to me for a good contractor that I will use again. He was prompt, timely, courteous, professional, and most of all, did a great job at a very reasonable price . I’d seriously consider him for your outdoor cleaning and washing needs!

Steve completed the window screen cleaning
after running into some challenges with the exterior windows. He offered some referrals to other services that may be able to tackle the windows for us. Seems like my windows need more than one guy with a long pole to reach the upper windows to thoroughly clean them, and he works by himself without someone to secure and hold a ladder. He was honest about what his limitations were.

Steve and Tess are very thorough with the cleaning and soft wash of our roof. They explained everything prior and after the job was completed. We are very satisfied. We also like the fact they come back to confirm all the moss and organic material died and have a warranty. They are honest and straight forward.

This was the only company out of five I requested quotes from that I did not have to ask for insurance information and license. Steve sent all the information with the quote. All the other companies I had to go to the state boards to find the information and my request fell on deaf ears from 3 of the four other companies. One provided another companies information.

We are very satisfied with the gutter cleaning service by T&P. Everything was professional from scheduling to invoicing. Steven took care of the gutters around our entire house in an hour and even helped us retrieve a toy that ended up by the gutter of our neighbor! Working from the ground level using a long hose attached to a huge vacuum machine is by far a safer and more efficient way to clean the gutter than people climbing on steep roofs to manually clean by hand.
