Brett made the whole process so easy from start to finish. He was always available for any questions that came up along the way. Eddie and the crew did an amazing job and cleaned up everything!!! I would definitely recommend the Town and Country team to anyone who asks!

Worked with Brett to redo some deteriorated trim on our house. Price was very competitive, but where they really shined was the crew. They did an outstanding job, identified and fixed some additional minor issues that I hadn't noticed. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We moved to this area almost 3 years ago. Tornadoes and storms like the one that we just had in may are so new to my family. While we were blessed to not have a tree in our home, we did still get a lot of massive hail and storm damage on the roof and side of our home. Brett came to my home and showed us what to expect how homeowners claims work and even was here when our insurance company came to look. He never promised anything he was not 100% on but also said we will fight to make your home whole again if we have to! 10 years of owning a home and this was our first claim and I have not questioned his motives, that while yes it was a paycheck for him and his family. He was truly helping my family too. Being able to quickly call or text questions to get a response within the hour was very comforting. I never had a contractor that truly does not want you to not feel 100% in your decision. Thank you, Town And County Roofing and especially Brett for answering all of my stupid questions for days!

Why would I want/trust someone who can't read, to work on my roof? Not only that, but also just completely disrespects me by not honoring the clear rules I have for my private domain. My roof does need work and I plan to shop around. But your absolute lack of respect and professionalism, takes you off the list immediately.

We are so fortunate to have found Town & Country Roofing - or, rather, that they found us. We had patched our old roof so many times that some of our neighbors started referring to it as "the quilt." We had struggled to get our insurance company to pay for hail damage and had resigned to save up and pay for a new roof out of pocket.

Luckily Jasper from Town and Country happened to be driving by one day, saw our roof and left his card with a note that said he was confident he could help. My wife and I were skeptical at first as many other roofers tried with our insurance company and failed. Some wouldn’t even try once they heard we were rejected in the past! But Jasper was unwavering. It took time, but eventually Town & Country succeeded where many other roofers had failed. And we didn’t have to do a thing!

The Town and Country difference didn’t stop with their ability to work with the insurance company, though. Their pricing was competitive and very straightforward - just a single-page invoice. Their crews worked long days to make sure our roof and gutters were finished in a timely manner. And they left our yard cleaner than they found it.

The February 2023 hailstorm did a number on the roofs of our home, studio and greenhouse. William with Town and Country took control of the situation, and we got it all fixed up. I would highly recommend Town and Country Roofing and Abigail Hill who was our roofing consultant. My new roof looks fantastic!! I can't say enough about Abigail and the wonderful job she did from the beginning to the completion of the job! I first contacted five different roofing companies and they all did an inspection and each company sat down with me and told me about their company and why I should hire them to do my roofing job. After talking with Abigail for the second time I was convinced Town and Country would be the best company to hire. I must say they exceeded my expectations. Abigail showed up when the insurance company came to do the roof inspection and she was up on the roof with the inspector to make sure he didn't miss any of the damage. Abigail stayed in contact with me, letting me know when the shingles would be delivered and when the crew would arrive to lay the shingles. After the roofing was done Abigail came back to do a final inspection on the roof and to make sure the crew did a good job on the cleanup. If you are looking for a roofing company who does 100% of what they say they will do, you need to call Town and Country Roofing and Abigail Hill.

Arrived sooner than expected, and did a beautiful job. They picked up everything that fell off the roof and made sure there was no remaining debris from the new roof. They are very professional and I would work them again.

William was a pleasure to work with. It was a large and complex job, and he navigated it with prompt communication and professionalism. In the end, he also went above and beyond to get a final settlement done after a logistical hiccup created by an outside source. Thank you William.

I called Town and Country Roofing on a Sunday. In hopes they could come out sometime this week. Chris Hendricks responded to my call and said he’d be out that Sunday afternoon. Chris immediately noticed the issue and had a solution that took care of our needs. Chris was very professional. I recommend him and Town and Country for all your roofing needs.

Worked with Riley & he & the whole team made the entire process a smooth & easy one. He contacted our insurance & worked with the adjuster to make sure they would cover the cost of our new roof, gutters & skylight after identifying hail damage. The install of the new roof only took a day & we couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. Only out of pocket cost was our insurance deductible. We would recommend Town & Country to anyone needed roof or gutter repairs.

Riley and team were great when repairing our roof from storm damage! They were easy to communicate with, handled almost all of the insurance and solar panel removal/reinstall for us, and did a great job! I never imagined a roof replacement could be so stress-free. Highly recommend.

I called Town & Country Roofing the day after Thanksgiving as we has water pouring into our home from a storm damaged roof. Within an hour Chris arrived, went on the roof an installed a temp fix underlayment. We had Two Inches of rain that day and through the night and not an additional drop of storm water entered our home!
