I recently inquired into a roof inspection due to the recent storms that we’ve experienced in Northwest AR. My neighbor and I visited and he told me that he and his family had a new roof installed and were very satisfied with the work by Brown Boys Roofing. I contacted them this week and met with Zach McKim. He completed an inspection and determined that I did not need a new roof at this time. Zach was professional and explained everything in detail. Most importantly, I felt Zack was very honest with his assessment and did not try to sell me a new roof. I will definitely be reaching out to Zach / Brown Boys in the future should I need a new roof or repair. Thank you.

Zack came by to check our roof after we have been getting numerous "storm chasers" stopping by to check out our roof. One of the storm chasers told me I had significant damage and would even help me file a claim. Zack gave us a second opinion (free of charge) and put our minds at ease and told us he did not see any problems or concerns with our roof at this time. Brown Boys installed our gutters 4 years ago & with the recent rain this section was overflowing like Niagra Falls! We thought maybe something could be done to alleviate part of the problem & we expected to pay for it. No, they came out assessed the problem & said it was still covered under our original install. Awesome experience from Jonathon Brown the estimator, to Gerardo Solis the field supervisor (who was very meticulous before, during and after the job) to the four professional installers who worked in probably the hottest part of the two days it took to fully install my new roof…Great company to work with, would highly recommended!!

After severe weather damage my roof and gutters, I call Brown Boys to replace.
They were prompt and professional in all phases of the repair.

Last week the roof was replaced and this week they finished the gutters.

We had a leak from an old satellite dish. Brown Boys did an excellent job of repairing it in a timely manner. All communication was excellent and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Five stars for Brown Boys!

I personally place a lot of trust in Brown Boys Roofing. I have been burned by several other service providers lately. This company however, makes it clear that they want to earn your business by doing great work and treating you like a valued customer. My latest experience was having gutters installed on my mom’s house. Their techs, Nathen and Skyler, called before coming out, reviewed what they were going to do before starting to work, and completed the job on time without leaving a trace that they had been there. If you are looking for good, friendly people, that will do the job well and answer any of your questions, you should give these guys a chance. I highly recommend them.

First time I’ve used Brown Boys Roofing. Two technicians arrived exactly on time, Noah and Kara. I’ve had two roof leaks for a long time and had two other companies come and attempted to make repairs but could never really stop the leaks. They always seemed just to hurry making my repairs and not be concerned. Noah and Kara took their time, trouble shot the leaks in detail and completed the repairs in a professional/timely manner. Extremely impressed with both, very polite and actually was concerned that was I satisfied. Highly recommend the Brown Boys for any roofing needs. I will use them again.

Update, 6/30/2025: Last week, Celestino and his assistant showed up at 7:00 AM to install 2 roof mounted, turbine attic ventilators. It did not take them long to complete a professional installation! I want to thank them, as well as Justin, Jason, Roy, and all the others i am sure had a hand in this. Excellent work, excellent price, excellent Team!
Next evening we had a brief but brutal storm come through, with 40+ mph winds and torrential rain. The turbines took it all in stride, and never leaked a drop!

Approachable, knowledgable, and personable service from Zack at Brown Boys. He took the time to point out potential visible damage, explain details, and provide information about the process. He was extremely friendly and warm, easy to talk to and patient with my questions. I ended up not needing to make an insurance claim for this inspection, but will definitely plan on using Brown Boys again for future roofing needs.

We're very happy with the Brown Boys! Starting with contacting the office, initial inspection and recommended repairs and replacement. Very thorough. Materials specified and delivered on time, work team arrived early every day! Any problem areas were pointed out, discussed with us and fixed. Final product is great. The entire process was enjoyable and the whole crew was thoughtful, safety minded. Couldn't be happier!

Great experience. Professional. Very responsive staff. Gerardo; the Field Supervisor exemplifies great customer services skills. Jon, the salesman was also great to work with. Overall my experience was very positive.

From my initial phone call to my follow up to check on how my service was I can not say enough great things about Brown Boys Roofing. Zach went above and beyond to help us get our roofing needs taken care of, and their exceptional workers were able to complete it in one day. From our initial call about a small leak (likely due to recent high winds,) Brown Boys Roofing demonstrated professionalism and care about the customer experience. About 2.5 hours before the scheduled assessment appt, I received a text reminder, a paragraph introducing our roofing specialist, as well as a photo of him and his family. I appreciated this very much. Upon arrival, Tayler Martin was professional and courteous. He accessed the attic and roof, quickly ascertaining the issue and applied sealant. He suggested we keep an eye on the area especially during hard rains, to be sure it was completely sealed, and if there is a further issue to call him back. Because we had been a customer for our last complete roofing job, multiple years ago, there was no charge. Thankful for the professional and courteous assistance with our roof.

Once again, we’ve had great service from this company. We had a small issue with some flashing that had loosened up but Roy Soto got it fixed quickly. Always a great experience.

Had to get our roof redone after the last tornado and heavy winds we had. Brown Boys came in and gave us a great deal plus an upgrade to our roof for a great price.

Not only did he inspect my roof and replace a vent cap that came off during a recent storm, he saved a bird that was trapped in a downspout! Abram didn't try to upsell me or suggest anything that was unnecessary. He gave good advice and asked for my future business. Definitely will call Brown Boys when the time comes for a future inspection, repair, or new roof.

We give Brown Boys Roofing 5 stars! First the roof they installed 4 years ago withstood the hail and tornadoes of May, 2024 while virtually all the other roofs in our neighborhood required replacement.
We recently had them do gutter replacement, and they did that with the same excellence as the roof. All their staff were great to work with and we would recommend them to anyone.

We are so happy we found Brown Boys Roofing a couple years ago. Last year after the storms they were able to help us determine if it was better to repair or replace our roof. They have always been very responsive. John came to our house walked us through everything and we had the roof repaired. They were great to work with and made it look good.

Yesterday we had some shingles get pulled up in the wind and they were quick to come out and do an inspection of the roof and fix the shingles Abram did a check and was able to fix the shingles and was great to work with.

We have been very happy with our experiences and recommend giving them a call if you have any concerns as they have been very thorough and transparent and have helped guide us through what was the best solution for our situation.

These guys did a fantastic job. They took the time to show me where damage had occurred due to sub standard construction on the original roof and flashing then corrected those problems. Jose and his crew were friendly and worked long and hard to complete the job in two days despite the size and difficulty of my roof. Gerardo came out after the install and went over the roof and yard making sure everything was done right and cleaned up properly. I would unreservedly recommend Brown Boys to anyone wanting a new roof!

Ralph went out of the companies standard radius area to check and repaired my solar. Brown Boys gave us a competitive bid and then delivered a great product. They met every deadline they gave us in terms of "drying in" our new porch, delivery of materials, and completion of the project. We're very happy and if I ever have put a new roof on anything else, I'd use Brown Boys again!

My solar panels were my largest concern when I needed a new roof. Zack assured me that Brown Boys could take care of reroofing and removing and replacing my panels. Zach that look at the roof and said it needed to be replaced helped my with insurance tell them what he found then Doyne Sizemore followed up and told me when supply’s would be come. They were very helpful and nice!! And the last guy can’t remember his name, was very efficient and nice as well.
