Tops Roofing

Tops Roofing shingled my new house couple years ago. Some shingles blew off and they fixed within a reasonable time frame the following year. Now this year the exact same areas that were repaired blew off again. Paul, the owner or at least the guy in charge, told me he would get it taken care of but has failed to do so even though a new house across the street from me just got shingled by this company and could have easily done mine at the same time. It has been almost six months of trying to get the same shingles as last year repaired. Paul doesn't answer his phone when I call. He doesn't return calls. Rarely responds to texts. Very poor communication and customer service. I had even offered to pay to have redone this year. I have only good things to say about his workers. They are very hard working, fast, and do good work. Recently after multiple texts from me , Paul finally responded by telling me to go find someone else. NOT HAPPY with this company and will never refer or use this company again.

We had top roofing shingle our house. They did a great job with quality products at a fair price. On time and it was cleaner when they left then when they got there. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Paul was great to deal with.
