I would give them a higher rating if I could. Yesterday I found a mess in my basement, yea, a mess of the plumbing kind. The plumbing company we have used for years no longer has a "drain guy". I called Best Value because on-line I saw they are veteran owned. The person who answered the phone handled everything by scheduling both the septic and the plumbers for the same time, yesterday afternoon. She gave me a time frame (1/2 hr.) and the plumbers were out here exactly in that time frame and we live way out in the country. That more than impressed us. The two that came in were respectful, did their job, helped my husband help the Septic truck get unstuck and just really nice guys. We will be using them again and will recommend them to all of our friends who are needing plumbing service.

Amazing service and friendly staff. I called the morning of December 23rd and luckily they had a cancellation and fit me right in. Came within a hour and got my main line cleaned right before Christmas. Super thankful for the speedy service and amazing people to chat with would definitely recommend!

We had another service try to open our drain but they were unable to get it open. They talked about having to dig it out which would have been very expensive.
After reading reviews we called Best Value at noon and they were at work by 1pm. They spent about 2 hours working to open up the drain and removing a lot of tree roots. They were very professional and friendly. We are extremely happy with the results. Thanks so much.

Called for non-emergency but wanted something in the week. They sent techs in 30mins. Mike and Ross thoroughly investigated the issue and came up with a couple solutions: find a correct size to make the repair ($) or they could replace it from underneath ($$)

My floor needed to dry a bit, so they returned at my convenience, later in the week, to complete the job. Ross and Ben found the right piece and were able to make the repair for the lesser amount.

All 3 techs were courteous, informative, efficient and thorough and left the space clean and the way they found it, but fixed!

We ultimately had a clog that they cleared very quickly. They explained the steps that would progressively happen during their troubleshooting up front so I would know what to expect. They were early, the dispatch called 15 minutes prior to let me know they were on the way, and they were very polite. I give them 5 stars for their response as I called 3 other plumbing companies prior and they were all two weeks out or more. Joe and Ben.

BVP&R is the best plumbing service I've had so far! They returned my phone call promptly, had servicemen out to my house within 45 minutes and both gentleman did a fantastic job! Answered all my questions, left no mess and we're very informative.

The guys came out on a Saturday and hooked up my dishwasher that Home Depot delivered but couldn't install. They did a great job and I'm very appreciative of them!

Deli was very timely at getting me scheduled and communicating with me and the techs. Ben and Ross were great! They gave me options on how to solve my plumbing problem. As a woman I felt safe with their presence. As a customer I felt taken care of because they gave me options and never once felt like they were trying to make up problems to earn more money

We’ve used Best Value at work several times and they have always done an excellent job! They are not the “cheapest”, however…you do get what you pay for! So today when my main was backing up into my basement tub they were my first call. The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful and got me scheduled for just a few hours out. Mike and John showed up about an hour before I expected them and handled business! They were courteous and polite and very clean. They got me up and going again in short order and left every area they worked in cleaner than they found it. While I HOPE I never need them again, if I do I won’t call anyone else.

Called for a backed up drain and they came out pretty quickly and took care of the problem. With anything these days you're going to pay a price though with service of this type, whether it's plumbing, heating and or cooling. These people need to make a living. Would definitely recommend!

They did repair a leaking kitchen drain pipe. But was it a job that required $710 for 2 hours? I don't believe so, and I guess we learned the lesson to ask any operation on the phone what their hourly rates are. We were not informed of any prices on the phone, had we been made aware that's how much it would cost we would've kept calling.

Called up because the previous plumber I used had done a very poor job. The secretary was so kind and rearranged the scheduling to get me in. Ross and Jon came out within 20 minutes and fixed the prior plumbers mistakes m within an hour and I no longer have a leaks. They were both so professional, pleasant and compassionate I am so thankful for your company and you seriously saved me. Needed a drain line cleaned beyond homeowner solutions and was impressed, they came the next day, gave tips on preventing future blockage, and were very professional. I try to fix everything myself but I will trust these guys if anything beyond me arises again.

I had a plugged drain and wasn't able to wash clothes. I called and a very nice lady got me scheduled within 4 hrs. The two men that came, Bryce & Zach, were both so polite and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain everything. They figured out it wasn't my main line just the line between my washer & sink. With them being so honest it saved me $200.00. I will definitely call this company for any plumbing problems I encounter. I will also request Bryce & Zach. You do not find workers as nice as these two were. I highly recommend them.

They were fast, professional and personable. Most of the other plumbers in town have a wait time of 1 - 3 weeks. They scheduled to see me in just over an hour, then came in 45 minutes.
Our whole basement was flooded and the plumbers got the rooter and cleared out the main and sub line. The price was reasonable and they even offered an annual rooter service to save money, after explaining that we had roots growing into our system. I will be going that route for the future.

I did call 2 mths ago and the price was way above the others. The lady on the phone didn't seem so nice. I was desperate and needed a pipe fixed now 2mth later the lady on the phone was much nicer this time. The guys that came over were very friendly and did a good job. I still however stand by my first review that they are not the best value but if you need something in a hurry they have been available.

Best Value installed my water heater in a timely way. Later, when I became aware of hot water issues I called them back. They informed me that they don't service the water heater they installed. I asked what if it was a plumbing issue. I was told to call a plumber. They recommended AT Klemens, so I called there. The guy came, turned the water on to the water heater and left. I asked about charges and was told it would likely be $71. I called Best Value back and was told that I may have turned the water off to the water heater. Seriously!?! I turned the water off to the water heater to cause myself water issues?! Are you kidding me?! AT Klemens will send me a bill....for turning a valve....

Very professional, Will and Bryce came on short notice. Had a bathtub drain fall apart a few days before. They had a tricky job to redesign my drain system which had broken in a few areas. When reviewing my original problem I knew I needed professionals. The working space was very tight and yet they got the job done in a very satisfactory manor. Also had them put new shut offs on my washer which was also very helpful. Have used Best Value before and will use them again for my plumbing needs.

Dads girlfriend called for a clogged kitchen drain... questioned why she was calling and not my dad... and made an appt only to put us on hold for a bigger job. All good... now I know what they're all about and I'm glad o find out ahead of time. Very unprofessional... which kinda ties in with the "best value" title.

Only reason i give 4 stars is due to the appointment time was off....other then that they went the extra mile to make you feel secure and comfortable knowing things were fix & done right!

I was so fortunate to stumble across this company on my search for a plumber with open availability. We’re on limited time and needed a floor drain moved, shower drain installed, galvanized pipes replaced, pex ran for a shower, toilet, and sink, old drain line replaced, etc. It was a ton of work and these guys showed up on time with the expertise and work ethic to get it done. They worked long days to ensure we had water at night. They went above and beyond each day to explain what they were doing. The crew were so respectful and cleaned up the area, kept doors closed knowing the baby can’t do stairs yet, they asked me daily if there was anything more to help with or to throw away for us. You can tell they truly care about their customers and run an honest business. We miss Earl and Brice’s witty banter already! Earl’s nephew Greg was another very kind/helpful worker too. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and will do so for all our plumbing needs!

I cannot say enough about Earl and his crew. If you’re looking for a plumber you can trust to do a great job and keep his word best value is who you’re looking for. I found it very easy to work with Earl. His crew specifically Kenny and will were fantastic. Truly no job is too big or small for this great company. In this case my job was The most extensive plumbing work I’ve ever had done and they were up to the job. Unlike many other companies best value is also willing to come out for the routine maintenance work we all need from time to time. Give them a try you won’t be sorry. Had a plumbing problem; the personnel from Best Value, Linda, Ken, and Will, were courteous and professional and not only unclogged the drain, but, repaired the cause. Would and do highly recommend!

I called at 8:00 am, they were at my house by 8:30 , Ken and Will were very polite, they did a wonderful job on a very bad plugged sewer drain! When I need plumbing problems again they will be the ones I call!excellent service!

Not only did I not get past the phone call, I could not get past the attitude of the woman who answered the phone. She was very unwilling to answer my question as if I was wasting her time. She got very snarky with me about the question I was asking because she assumed but she knew what my problem was without listening to the customer. I was simply calling to get a quote for some work I needed done in my house, and they lost a customer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had issues with some DIY plumbing that the previous owner had put in. They weren't able to snake the clogged drain due to how horrible the pipe job was. Needed to have our washing machines piping redone along with the improperly done sink piping next to it. What could have been an expensive and laborious job was done correctly and right around where I was quoted! I'm always nervous about having a job done without a quote but they stayed true to their word and got me even below what I was expecting. They have earned my business for any plumbing work I may need while I live here.

Ken and Will did an awesome job getting almost 6 feet of tree roots removed from my sewer line!! They worked hard, were friendly and polite!

A $245 main line cleaning turned into a $545 job because of incompetence of the machinery operator. Not sure why I have to pay for your time to fix your mistake.

You were informed of the offset which occurs EXACTLY at the wye, but pushed out beyond it anyways and got stuck. We have our regular plumber come and clean it out every 6 months, no problems ever. We've had a camera down it, we know that there is no rough line....just the little offset that you didn't heed.
